So I'm guessing if there is any boxes neatly set beside the trash cans or if they knock trash out of the recepticals as they dump the trash they don't have to get out and pick it up. Making the neighborhood have flying trash/littering the community. Can do better. Stop being lazy and do your job. Thats what we pay for. How can you promote a clean environment with this type of neglect? This picture was taken as they emptied a neighbors trash. I watched boxes fall out and they kept going. Smh

I'm assuming they can get away with such poor and mismanaged service because they're one of, if not the only provider in my area. I've called many times and each time they tell me they have no history of me calling or that any notes were put in for my address. We just moved in and this isn't a good first impression. The customer does not come first to Gills Disposal, and I'm not sure who is responsible

I want to post my experience with Gill’s disposal, we set our trash out every Sunday night for pickup on Monday morning, today was no different well the trash man did his rounds and when he did the trash next door
For some reason he didn’t bother to pick up
Ours which is no more than 20 feet away.
So I called the office and explained that situation and they said they would back to me. I waited for three hours but they never even returned my phone call so I called them back and they told me that I would have to wait until next week for my trash to be picked up

We used them for dumpster service and as a business owner of over 25 years, I've never dealt with a worse company than Gills. Constant billing issues, fees, surcharges, etc., took our driver 3 months to figure out our pickup day, trash left on our driveway numerous times, and an account manager with a "shoulder shrug" attitude. We finally just paid the duration of the contract to get them out of our lives. Will never do business with them again.

We strive for continuous improvement in everything we do - with a primary emphasis on our safety record and customer satisfaction.” It is very ridiculous that this is a purpose of cheating consumers! An irresponsible, trashy company that likes to rip off its customers! If you see this message, I hope you're worried about their means. Do not sign a contract with them, it will be a bottomless pit of fraudulent spending! A contract will require hard work. They'll keep adding to your garbage bill. From more than 100 to more than 500, within a year. They don't send a car to pick up the trash cans and leave them to stink when you want to shut down your contract. It's hard to get through to them, and you end up getting bills from them all the time. How shameless! I started a new company called Republic Services. The price difference of the same size trash can is three times. Those of you who see this information, please carefully consider cooperating with them and make a decision after asking them clearly. This is my bad experience!

5 calls to them for not picking up recyclables on pick up date. Put both trash and recyclables out night before and only collected garbage. Now tell me it will cost me $25 to come out and pick it up. This company has terrible customer service and spotty pickup. Very unreliable. From now on all my recycles will go in trash bin.

Our driver does a great job every week w pickup, never leaves a mess! ... and we live on a very hilly 2 lane highway so if I ever get caught behind him coming out of my drive or down the road a ways he always stays pulled over at the next stop and waves me on and let's me pass by so I dont get stuck behind him - super considerate!!

I have called 2 weeks in a row being told my trash would be picked up, the ladies I’ve talked too have said they would pick up my lose bags (being as I’ve had 2 weeks worth of trash) and they didn’t take a single bag only the trash can itself. I’m beyond livid and am very frustrated as to what I can do for my trash and recycling.
