I wish I could give these people a negative star. I renewed my registration through them after receiving a ticket less then 30 days. They failed to tell me that the 50 fee they charge to reinstate the registration was an admission of guilt. Now after paying the 50 to these idiots I am not able to get a clearance letter from the dmv to give to the courts and now on top of the 50 I now have to pay between 500 and 1000 for the court fees if I had know this at the beginning I would not have paid the 50. Absolutely will not go back and if you are smart you won't either what a rip off

I went here to get my fingerprints taken and AZ DPS rejected them because of poor quality! They charged me $30 bucks for the service and now I have to pay AGAIN to get them retake and send them again. I was 100% they were going to reject them because it looked that the lady didn't know what she was doing, so expensive and for NOTHING ? save your money and go to Tucson ?

Yes you will pay a little more to have your transactions done here, but in my opinion, unless you have the most basic of needs, skip MVD and pay the extra. We had a slightly (and I do mean slightly) more complicated AZ vehicle title and reg, and the ladies here got it done in no time with no hassle. Was a federal case at the MVD for no reason we could discern- would have cost both us owners way more time and annoyance. Wish I'd come back here for a basic license renewal, too- even that was a problem at the MVD. Oh and the wait time was shorter than MVD even though I've had an appointment each time. Thanks for making our lives soooo much easier!

Came at a good time. Waited about 5 minutes to be served. Obtained a license and vehicle registration within a readonable tome and the service professional advised me on title information for the state of Arizona that was relevant. I likely never need to go to the actual DMV. This place is friendly, convenient and professional.

Never answer the phone, my work hours dont allow me to just stop in, and when i do i may as well have gone to the mvd with how long i wait.

I went here to register my car that I had just purchased. The first initial visit on this past Tuesday was not the most pleasant. But after going back again about 20 minutes later. Jennifer assisted in correcting the wrong of another employee there. So long story short I was very pleased with her services and was able to accomplish what I needed to. Big kudos to Ms. Jennifer and her manager for being so helpful.

Gingers has to be one of the most important businesses in Sierra Vista if not the entire County. Nobody, I mean nobody likes to deal with a states walk in motor vehicle ran department. This is something folks dread. Nobody brags about having to go there or say how great it went after going. Gingers is just the opposite! They take the stress level from 100 down to 0 the very second you walk through their door. Especially folks moving from out of state that have never heard of this type of service. With me being one of them, Gingers sets a great first impression for transplants moving into the community. Friendly, expedient, knowledgeable and professional. Well done Gingers, well done.
