Eric came out on a Saturday within a hour of us calling. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He went through the unit and explained everything he saw on the diagnostic test and was very helpful. I would recommend his company over any. His prices were very reasonable. If you have any Heating or Air Conditioner problems call Clasgow Heating and Air Conditioning YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Eric Thank you for fixing our issues.

HVAC is a tough business due to how pleasant we all can be when our environment changes and A/C has never been a cheap fix. Unless you're a builder most of our first experiences are negative. I've had many experiences over the years with HVAC companies, but not like this.

They are not just an amazing team of people who are transparent and look for ways to help. These are the people you want to know when things go wrong. Kind, thorough, and effectively helpful.

Our technician Jeremy was prompt, polite and precise in locating the problem with our heating unit. He is a very knowledgeable young man. He had to order a part and returned to install it on the date and time I was expecting. Great job Jeremy!!

Hunter G. came out and fixed the issue with our unit. He also done the maintenance on our unit and gave us the option of doing some upgrades to our system in which we took advantage of. He was thorough and completely the job successfully and in a decent time frame. We will definitely be glad to have Hunter any time in the future for any repairs or maintenance.

We are SO lucky to have found Jeremy and Glasgow Heating & Air to help us with our HVAC unit! The unit we purchased a few years ago through another company has given us all kinds of abnormal issues, leaving us without any heat in the winter at times, and mechanical parts that have been hard to find or even discontinued. But Jeremy never rests until he finds us answers and fixes our issues! He explains what he's doing in an understandable way, sets clear expectations, and does what he says he will. We continue to do all of our routine maintenance through Glasgow, and they never fail to go the extra mile in courtesy, timeliness, and taking the initiative to make sure we are comfortable and safe in both the hottest and coldest months of the year. Everyone knows that in Alabama you have to be able to count on your HVAC people, and we are so glad that we can!
