Carla was fantastic! She got me all the information I needed to submit an insurance claim. We did not meet the tech but they did a nice job too! The glass came in when expected and they went out of their way to fit us in because we had been without a car for 3 weeks due to Safelite screwing up twice. Glass Doctor will now be the first call if something happens to our glass again.

Tried to get a house window replaced. They took measurements and said they would call me back in a couple weeks for a quote. After a month went by I tried calling the business that would only go to voicemail. Eventually, I went into the business and the door is locked, even though it was during operating hours. Two months went by. I finally got a call that they were just behind and should be calling me soon. The woman at the counter, blamed it on an employee who is unorganized. I told them to cancel my order.

Had a windshield in our kenworth replaced in the spring and had an air noise afterwards. They told us to bring it back in and they put another one in at no charge. Great service. Stay away from safelite.

I had my windshield replaced 3 weeks ago and now I’m back with a chip. Thank goodness I spent the extra $20 dollars and got the G-12 which is good for a year. Cost me 0 this time. Staff are amazing. They are there for the customer. Highly recommend this business!!!
