It was a clown show. There should be negative stars. I am happy to share any of the garbage they delivered so that nobody else has to deal with this and waste their time and money.

I dealt with G. Extremely unprofessional. He promised a concept plan in two weeks. After two weeks, they delivered a piece of junk plan in which there was zero though given to the site. I delivered to them a concept that would work. G said they will 'incorporate' my plan with theirs, whatever that means. I suggested to G that we part ways as I was very uncomfortable. He said let them deliver the concept plans and if I didn't like them, they would refund my deposit of $10k. After another week, he delivered another two concept plans that were worse than the previous. Again, I am happy to share this garbage. Neither worked.I came the next day and said to work off of mine, which I did in MS Excel and to scale. I came to their office, laid out a site concept, put the footprint of my MS Excel plan in the Cadd file (which G said would take days, it took about 3 minutes) and confirmed rough elevations. This took 50 minutes. Now, G states that he will get back to me with THIS concept plan, which is the one I sent over to them more than a week prior. I speak with him on the Thursday before he says he will delivery what he wants. I suggest to him and Yogi to wait until we finalize pool location before he goes all in on this plan. G proceeds to yell at me over the phone (with my 6 year old in the car) and just won't listen and continues to insult in any way he can. The next day, he delivers a piece of garbage that doesn't match my concept. As neither G nor Yogi returned my calls, I sent an email stating that it was time to part ways and please refund a portion of my retainer as I was not happy. They did not respond to this email, not did they call back or respond to my texts. I have evidence of this as well. So, I show up at their office on Monday morning (coming from Olney, MD) and ask about a refund of the deposit. I only received an existing conditions survey, and a bunch of garbage concept plans that are unusable. Yogi said he will return $2k of my $10k. Actually suggesting they spent $8k so far. We ended up getting $3500 back instead for junk. Pure junk. I can't stress this enough. Again, as I have paid $6500 for this trash, and technically own it, I am happy to share.

They promised plans in 6 weeks. THEY did not finalize anything or even come close to a starting point. After I provided my concept plan, which we are moving fully forward with by another firm, Yogi asked how I think we can change from line work to a plan with wall thickness shown. I had to explain this as well.

These guys, especially G, are just starting out on their own and it shows. From the 'architecturals floorpans' that I received, it appears that this is their first every design job. I highly recommend staying away or not paying a penny until you receive something that would be usable, which I feel confident won't happen. It seems that they are outsourcing their architectural overseas and not supervising or directing anything.

You will waste your time and money and end up spending more by paying the bank additional interest and not having anything usable from these guys.
