Randy worked closely with us as a consultant and played a key role in helping us address critical operational challenges. He conducted a thorough analysis of our managerial structure and implemented a strategic restructuring that effectively that best fits are type of company and offloaded my personal workload as the company owner. This has allowed me to focus more on broader business objectives and long-term growth.
Additionally, Randy identified that we had underestimated the overhead required for our daily operations. His recommendations led us to a complete restructuring of our pricing models, ensuring that we accurately account for these costs and maintain healthier profit margins moving forward. I am very satisfied with Thanh's work. He has taught many systems to put our accounting in order and be organized with every project. Learning about UDE and learning how to take action on how to resolve them is very important because we can improve in that way. Another impactful Thanh showed my staff and I is to do a follow up on people who get estimates done to get more jobs and not just hope they come back. We also learned about doing follow ups when it comes to collecting the money for the job. The most important system my staff and I learned is how to calculate if we have gained profit, lost profit or break even on a job. This is important because we want to make money not lose money and in this way we can keep track of it. Finally I'm very satisfied with Thanh. He is a great consultant who not only taught us how to run the business more successfully but also connected with my staff and I on a more personal level.

This is our second time using IDS/GR. We had a successful increase in profit for the year 2024. Our advisor this time, Gary Newman, was absolutely amazing alongside the project manager Francisco, who is also absolutely amazing and knowledgeable! Global Resources' customer service is top tier as well, we were not happy at first with a couple of things that occurred back in 2023 when we first used the company and Global Resources made every effort to fix the situation! If you feel like you business is stuck in the same cycle every year, I highly recommend hiring these folks to find the holes and patch them up!!

When Global Resources came in to evaluate our business, it was very scary, and intimating. We as owners did not know the emotional stress and aspects that came with restructuring a business. He has seen me cry; he has been a shoulder to lean on and I know that he is there to have our back. He wants this to work as much as we do. He helped us purchase our own crane truck to delivery our own septic tanks. He has pushed everyone out of their comfort zones to be able to reach the next level of growth. We are thankful for all the knowledge he has brought to our business. I do believe that Garza Septic Service & Construction will succeed and it’s on the correct path to do so.
