Don't trust this company. They took over a year to install my client's system. They've become unresponsive to the client's requests for repairs due to a leak that occurred underneath where the panels were installed. Lastly, they haven't paid out the commission for this job. They're two months delinquent and I haven't gotten a single call. I've left them voicemails and sent emails but nothing. Good luck to anyone taking a chance with them

Have had such a good experience with this company. They are very competitively priced and upfront about the whole project which I appreciate. Also I am very impressed with customer service. When one of my panels wasn't working properly (which I wasn't even aware of) they contacted me. When they couldn't get through to me by phone, they drove to my house so they could set up a time to fix it. If you are considering a solar project, you owe it to yourself to give them a call.

Honestly was thinking about giving 4 stars but decided on 5 stars, if only because of a gentleman named Victor. In a word, outstanding! Victor has Great communication skills, he's professional & friendly. Call or text his response either on the spot or within a very reasonable time, definitely the same day! The detailed info is always coming from him. Give this person a raise!
That being said, the installers on my project were also great (sorry guys the names escape my brain?) they friendly and fast working, very mindful of my yard and cleaned up when they finished. And cranked it out! I had a 14 panel system installed and ready in, same day within a few hours.?
Within a few days, one of the installers returned to meet with the city guy for sign off. Boom boom done. A week later, SCE emailed PTO and I'm up making power?
Pretty seamless operation.
My only issue and the circumstances being what they were with the mad rush to sign up for NEM 2 prior to the April deadline, was a scheduling issue. At the moment it happened it was a bit unsettling, in short some one called, have a date, then nothing. When I called, they said I wasn't on their schedule. Odd. So I just made up a time& date ... Anyways, they scheduled for the following week, no problem until I was told they couldn't. Now it's problem. There was some friendly back and forth, I was promised the same day next week. They came a day earlier than expected (a make up bonus?)
As I mentioned, once on site it was flawless, smooth, and friendly service.
In hindsight, under the mad rush, the"GOLD RUSH" for solar companies to deliver with California's change of solar rules, it is understandable and dare I say acceptable for a "small" delay to meet the demand.
So if you're looking for solar, and as you're probably aware by now, lots of companies out there.
Yes, I would advise you call Victor, tell him what you need, he'll get dialed in, email the info, you sign, electrically-did I mention all is online, easy peasy!
And that's it.

(And no I Wasn't paid for this hahahahaha ?)
