I was on the hunt for a specific TV mounting system, but most companies I contacted either demanded outrageous markups or insisted on bundling installation services at an absurd cost. That's when I started my google search and located Good Vibes in IL (I live in GA). I figured they wouldn't be able to help me but decided to reach out anyway, and I'm so glad I did! To my surprise, the owner himself, Steve, got back to me the very same day. He confirmed the product was in stock and offered it to me at a reasonable price--no hassle, no gimmicks. Our house was built with a CAT5E network but it had been wired incorrectly and was pretty much unusable. After searching for a long time for someone to fix it, I finally found Good Vibes. Their tech, Jason, did a incredibly great job for a great price. It has made a significant improvement on our home internet. Jason did a great job and found a very simple solution. Cant say enough good stuff about them, top notch.

We had Good Vibes run ethernet through a few rooms in the house, and I can't say enough about their service. The final price very fair and under their original estimate. They scheduled us promptly and were respectful of our home when they did the install. Every person I talked with there is super friendly. Can't recommend them enough!

Outstanding service and extremely knowledgeable folks. Steve was extremely helpful talking through different tv screen technologies, pros and cons of different brands in terms of processing, color accuracy, etc, and answered all my questions. The best part is, they are cost competitive with big box stores or online, but you get help from people who actually know what’s what and are supporting a long standing local business to boot!

TL:DR - Awesome TV and EXCELLENT service. Super helpful, did a fantastic job on the install, made it look 100% perfect, did their best to avoid making any kind of mess and even helped me set up the TV. Will buy from again and forever.

Just awesome. I was flailing trying to get the TV I wanted that was last year's model and becoming much harder to find. I reached out to Good Vibes based off a listing on their web site that they may still have it. Steve the owner reached out to me personally that they had just sold their last unit of that model, but he also checked with Sony and they still had a couple hundred left in the warehouse so he ordered one for me (thank you, Steve!).

I also had them handle the install. I was a little nervous to do the install myself. Have mounted plenty of TVs in the past on my own but we have a brick fireplace and I was just hinky about boogering it up so was willing to pay someone to professionally do it. Plus I have small kids now so I'm willing to outsource more complex household projects these days lol. The install was just totally smooth and perfect.

Jason and the other gentleman that came out to my house were super cool, professional, respectful of my home and did the install as good or better than I could have possibly hoped. Jason took the time to measure properly and make sure everything was dead center and just lined up perfect and they did it exactly how I wanted with the soundbar on the mantle and everything.

They even took the time to set up the TV for me. I'm tech savvy and could have handled it myself. In fact, I'm usually the one in my family who gets stuck doing this when someone else buys a TV. It was nice to have someone do it for me for a change lol - they could have just handed me the remote and left. It was helpful too because I was upgrading from a TV that was 13 years old so I wasn't familiar with the OS on the new Sony TVs. Both guys took the time to answer some of my questions and help me find a few of the settings like making sure to turn off ambient light sensor, etc. And he took the time to run a scan with my antenna for me and show me how the guide worked. Again, completely above and beyond my expectations.

The price was also totally fair given the amount of work they did. In the past I've always just done my own homework on what TV or entertainment equipment I wanted and then just purchased from whatever online outlet I could find it the cheapest, then handled the install myself. But from now on I'm just gonna call up Good Vibes. I'll buy everything I can here from now on.
