I received extraordinary care at Goodlife Physical Therapy. The office is very welcoming and clean with plenty of equipment. The staff there are all friendly and helpful. Lindsay Jana was incredible in her skill, care, and compassion for me as a patient. She offered a holistic and individualized approach in my postpartum recovery based on my needs. Lindsay provided excellent recovery exercises during the therapy sessions as well as suggestions to complete at home. I would highly recommend Goodlife to anyone needing physical therapy care, especially women after pregnancy.

I just finished postpartum pelvic floor therapy here. Robert is amazing with customer service and scheduling. He is just the smiling face you want to see when you walk in. Lindsay was absolutely amazing. She knew exactly what to do to get my body back to pre-pregnancy performance. I highly recommend not only all new mothers to go here, but anyone that is dealing with pelvic floor issues!

My gynecologist referred me to Goodlife. I put it off for a year! But I finally decided to go in for pelvic floor therapy and worked with Jastine. She was so skilled in her field, and so passionate about helping women, teaching us about how to improve and understand our own bodies and gain the skills needed to keep improving at home. Any awkward feeling was gone because of Jastine’s kind and friendly demeanor. I feel prepared to continue the exercises at home, and can reach out anytime with questions. I recommend to take the plunge and try for yourself. ☺️

Went to Goodlife in Homer Glen for physical therapy after my knee replacement originally because it was very convenient to where I live. The facility is well equipped and I found the therapists to be very competent and helpful in the weeks that followed. Would highly recommend Goodlife if you need physical therapy.

I was very satisfied with therapy I received at Goodlife in Homer Glen. I had pain from arthritis in the upper vertebrae/neck. It is over a year since my therapy and I continue to do the exercises Mickey recommended. This has helped keep pain to a minimum, even after a year. Mickey and staff are very professional and supportive. The facility is always clean and well equipped. Thanks so much for the help you gave me.

I had my knee replacement surgery on July 1st, 2024 at Loyola hospital . I started with home therapy from Palos home healthcare with Jim. He started my journey with Physical therapy. I then went to Good Life Physical therapy in Homer Glen and met with Daniel. He evaluated me for what I would need to do to get the most out of my physical therapy going forward. I was then assigned to Emily who helped me through some very painful moves. She was very patient and pushed me through some of the toughest goals .I am very happy with my decision to come here. With the help and support I received from Emily, and Dan I am so glad to say that I have met all my goals set out for me. In order to make my knee replacement surgery worth it I had to do the work. Physical therapy is the key to getting the most out of my new knee. I cannot say that I would have gotten the right therapy I needed anywhere else. I would recommend Good Life Physical Therapy hands down as the reason I had such a successful rehabilitation, and recovery period . I want to thank Emily with all my heart for her patience, understanding, and the reason I have graduated today. I am walking straighter, and my knee is healing very well. I look forward to dancing in the dark without pain once again!

Goodlife got me back to work. The therapists were very helpful and informative. I actually enjoyed my time there while recovering. I had surgery to reattach my distal bicep tendon after I tore it at work. They worked with the worker's comp case manager, and I worked on getting better. I highly recommend Goodlife Homer Glen!
