Well, like everyone else I frequent the quite often. I recently - about a week ago- found what looked like a Ladies Old Style (simple) wooden jewelry box with like wood stratled across laterally whereby say necklaces could be hung. I sold for $2.50 something. The wood alone is worth that. But I broke it down in a way where I used it as drawers for my Keurig cups and then the other piece used as a small bookshelf. It was a hack.

Visiting in Susanville, so I decided to go to the Goodwill after I ate dinner, because the posted hours on the door AND online says it closes at 7:00 pm daily. Arrived before 6:30 pm on Thursday, June 20th, and the store was closed. Another person arrived as I was writing this review & couldn’t get in either. There was an worker inside. It’s frustrating because I think the younger generation doesn’t realize that us older folk look forward to something as simple as bargain shopping, so when they close early, they might be disappointing someone!

So I have only 4 out of 5 stars because I am frustrated this Goodwill has not changed their hours online or on their front door to show the hours have changed. So I went ahead and changed it for them.
They are open from 10:00am to 6:00pm, and I uploaded a picture showing they still have the wrong hours on their door....as their door still shows the wrong hours (9am - 7pm), I am here at 9:00am and they are not open. I've talked to their staff several times (who confirmed the hours are NOT correct on their door or online) about correcing this, but it has yet to be done....
Other than that, they have excellent staff, great clothes and furniture, and very good pricing. I will continue to shop here, as they have great stuff.

It is clean and well taken care of, but the prices keep increasing. Every time I go in the prices are going up. They will also write directly on items and tags and in some cases that can’t come off. They have used Walmart clothes selling for more than retail. Dollar store items for $3-4+. I also have heard them talk in the back how many of the good items they get in go to the online goodwill store instead of staying in the community. Nearly everything I own is second hand so I want to go to this store because it is the cleanest one I’ve been to, but it’s not worth the prices typically.

Most of the employees are really nice and always help me out if I need help. Love that theres a goodwill in town, hate that it closes at 6pm sometimes sooner. I dont get off work till 6 so anytime I want to go its already closed. Also weird that they started writing the prices on things with a white board marker and it doesn't always come off. Overall friendly employees and I can understand if they are just short staffed.

I donate a ton of items here often. I wish they would offer some sort of coupon for people who donate items like other thrift stores that I’ve been to. But other than that I am a regular customer here with my family and we do shop often as well. Prices are okay. Not super cheap. Also, they never answer the phone from the phone number provided on the Google. The number needs to be updated or something because when you donate items and call the phone number on the back of the building door, it works.

If you're looking for women's clothes, definitely stop here. I always find more clothes than I can afford to buy, even though they have great prices. Store is clean. Restroom is clean. Employees are courteous and helpful. Great store.

This is a really nice Goodwill location; the staff clearly work very hard to keep everything very well organized, and the prices are all very fair, especially compare to some of the Goodwill locations. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. Worth stopping into if you're in town!
