People are wild, have no respect, and have no patience. They are pulling product that just arrived on the floor like their lives depend on it.
I understand, they are resellers, but can resellers have some dignity or self-respect? Is it too much to ask?
The store was fine, though.

This was an awful experience. I’d rather spend my morning digging through bins of snakes. Everyone is so rude and so pushy. Literal grown men running, pushing and tossing things everywhere. I watched more than one old lady get shoved aside by a man. If you feel like fighting to the death for garbage this is the place for you.

Don't bother coming here on the weekend, you're going to be competing with 50+ people for every set of rotated bins. It's ridiculous when it comes to competition since this GW outlet is well known, it's not like other GW bins where it's only a few people per bin. Too many teen groups hunting for their baggy vtg shirts and jeans and resellers elbowing your sides. All the bins that are ignored are basically nearly worthless since they're scavenged clean, unless you know how to hunt for mids that people ignore or are interested in hipster clothes people don't want. And the rumors about the workers and manager sorting and taking all the good stuff before they bring out the bins is true because almost every bin that I sifted through (w/ the 50+ other people) barely get anything good these days.

You basically have to be extremely lucky and know exactly what to find if you want to stand a chance of finding some good deals. Be there for the morning rotation or don't bother. Or maybe go to the retail store next door and avoid the crowds altogether.

Sergio the manager is rude. I was shopping today and asked to use the restroom as a 6 month pregnant woman, and he didn’t care to be considerate and wouldn’t let me use it. I have shopped at other goodwills being pregnant and have always had workers be considerate in letting me use the bathroom. I would have stayed and kept shopping but had to leave since it’s impossible to hold your bladder being pregnant. I’ve donated at goodwill for years and have been a loyal costumer. I’m pretty disappointed that the manager staff does not have a rule of letting pregnant women use the bathroom.

If you’re a true thrifter, a goodwill outlet is one of those last true affordable thrift stores where you can walk out with multiple outfits for less than $20.

It’s easy to be turned off once you walk in and see all the unorganized bins. Just need to go in when you have the time and patience to sift through. I’ve been able to find nice labels like Express with the tags still on in a bin. I’ve even found an outfit I wore to a Grammy party from this Goodwill outlet.

Employees here are accepting money from resellers and they let them pick the best stuff from the bins before they bring them out for the rest of us. It happens in the other LA location and it’s been going on for a while, this needs to stop!

The outlet store is so messy and unorganized. Because the rules are super relaxed compared to other outlet stores I’ve been to, people push and shove. Also there’s way too many people in the store at a time. First and last time coming.
