Stopped on by to check out a newly opened store. Sorry pictures of layout. They bum rushed us and said no pictures allowed. Might be because they had some sanitary issues along with some potential liability issues. No signs posted for the color of the day discounts. If you do not ask someone you would never know. Selection was basic. We did not find anything, but they may have something you can use. UPDATE: not to much inventory inside. Pricing was onthe high side. Did not locate any deals. Parking is horrendous. Tight spaces and to many cars. No handicap parking no where in sught. NO public restrooms.

Bad donation center experiences... i took a lot of stuff and i was asking them if they could help me pushing them in after i already brought them to their door. They look at me but no answer so i was a lil frustrated and i ask them again but now that i really need to take to bins that i wasn't donating now they talk and said "ohh man, now i have to go find them a box, ugg" i left, i was expecting be would be coming with the box i was waiting but another people came and other , so now there are two so i asked the other one. About the box. Of course he doesnt know so i explained and he didnt say anything. What is wrong with these slow people. I did it putting them on top of another box. And i asked one last question. Should i leave them their, its to heavy to move it inside. And you guess it, he looked at me and say anything. Although right now that i am typing this, this is funny, but at the moment it was frustrating.

Store... its ok, not for me to give an extra star for it

Cashier...its excellent, though i just can say that for one cashier, because there was a returned so everybody in line had to wait and he was like explaining to us and let us know that as soon as the manager deal with the return, he will attend us and apologising for the inconvenience.

Location... good parking area. Still not raising the stars.

That donation center made me need to change my donation center location, just to avoid that feeling to happen again.

Despite what one of the top reviews for this location says, there is disabled parking on site. You can see it in their 4th photo, just to the left of the entrance.

The only reason I posted this review is to make that known. Fix your post, Craig D

Tall black man with glasses and beard is very unprofessional. I don’t think he should be dealing with customers when there’s no patients . You need to treat Hispanics the same way you treat blacks I saw how courteous you were with one of your own race but I said something and you could not function. You don’t intimidate me , you’re rude . I had only asked him one question when he began yelling “ hold on, hold on “ there’s no one on line why are you been rude ?

You need to breath listen and be efficient . Not rude

I found some nice clothes my size, and was impressed by the store size.
But the clothing was mixed up in the small, med, large and extra large groups, so you have to go through the whole rack to find cute clothes my size.
I'm going back to check out the shoes, they had a lot of cute shoes sorted by sizes.
The cashier was friendly and there is plenty of free parking.

The Manager refuses to return your merchandise if it is not tagged correctly. Meaning if the tag on the item doesn't match their goodwill tag. So it the item says size large and the tag XL, she won't return it or gives you a bad attitude like you're It's stealing. Its just wrong because there are no fitting rooms and we can't try things on. Also they over price larger sizes like mediums and larges for the same items! I'm not sure why the store Manager, a light skinned black lady has a bad attitude and I know she's been doing this for years! Also, she argued me down about a bag i was returning with a 24.99 price tag telling me "we dont mark bags like this at this price!" So she returned another bag that was not present for $6.39!! Unfortunately i didn't notice it until i got home. Why do this to your customers? She's so miserable It's not that deep these are donated clothes.. the reason that she is employed is because of our donations and purchases. I told her I don't even want to shop here anymore and I've been going there for years!!!

I must say Since the last time I was there it has gotten much MUCH better, as far as the customer service that they provide, the employees that are working on the floor when you need help they gladly do it and the employees at the register as well even though they have a mask on you can tell thay they greet you with a smile to help with the check out process. I will definitely keep coming back to this location and taking my elderly recipients to shop here because they feel welcomed at this store. Oh I almost forgot to say the store looks great or it's coming along great with the changes they've made I love how they've moved the registers to the side of the store, I'm sure it's going to look much better when they're done with the upgrades, GREAT JOB GOODWILL, EMPLOYEES & MANAGERS🤗👍🏻👌🏻
