These jerks stole money from my account during my storm recovery after Hurricane Milton, and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Thankfully my bank got my money back but it took some time, and now I feel it’s best to warn others not to give your debit or credit card info to these people! This used to be a local business but they got bought out by some real classless scammers. The new owners do not know how to do business, and they fired all the employees I knew and trusted. They failed to communicate with me about what to expect when the hurricane delayed my rental drop off, and then got very rude towards me during a phone conversation, after which I cancelled my request for their service. I never received any rental nor service, yet they went ahead and charged my account for over $90 and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I begged and they told me it wasn’t their fault, since there was a hurricane. People, I also experienced a hurricane! I told their reception that, and she did not care. She said “he still wants to charge you”, whoever “he” is. These people will take advantage of you, find a better company to work with!

As a small business owner... I can say first hand that the level of service GottaGo provides in cleaning and taking care of their units is second to none!

I built my home as an owner/builder mortgage free. Having to work full time, and save up for each new phase as I went along. This all meant I needed to rent one of their units for an extended period of time... nearly 4 years.

I can honestly say I don't think you can find a more affordable option! In addition to their great pricing... each and every week, just like clockwork ... the unit would be spotlessly cleaned and refreshed with new toilet paper, air freshener, ect.

Calling in to set things up is quick and easy! Billing and payments are a breeze as well! I know for sure I'd use them again... if you're in need of their services... you should too!!
