I really appreciated the service provided by Zach. He thoroughly checked our system and was articulate in his responses to my questions. I chose to replace a part that could have waited, but its failure could result in a drain on the system. I made an informed decision, partially due to my professional background, but Zach also clearly explained the replacement was not urgently needed at this time. I am most grateful for that honesty in business communication. I chose to sign up for the maintenance service plan and I am confident in the road ahead for my unit.

July 2023 they came out and installed a brand new air conditioner and heat pump they did an awesome job ,well wouldn’t you know we were hit September 2024 by hurricane Helene . I called Quinton and his team they came out right away, unfortunately cause the saltwater damage we had to replace, surely they were there again doing what they know best. They are trustworthy, honest, respectful and most of all reliable.I recommend them to anyone who asks who to call . Thank you

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Unfortunately earlier this year before I knew how honest and knowledgeable this company was I had another company put in a new A/C unit. Well I’ve had the other company come to my house 6 times because my unit stopped working. It still isn’t right! Well last week I got a phone call from Graham ac saying they are doing some type of inspection for only 25.00 so I said yes I need another opinion. When they got here I told them the story and the young man called his manager Garrett. What a nice man, he went over the whole unit and told me everything wrong and gave me a list so I called the other company to come and fix this mess. Garrett told me that he would personally come back to inspect it again to see if they have everything done. I will never go with any other company again, they have me for life. The company to stay away from is Fuse ac or Bejan air solutions I should have known since they gave me 2 names.

Trevor visited with me on Tuesday same day that I called. Devastating tidal surge from Hurricane Helena. Quickly diagnosed my unit was toast with sea water damage and the ducts filled with water. Went back to his truck and worked with his opps manager to find me a replacement unit and duct. Scheduled to be replaced next Wednesday. Super job and quickly executed to get me early in the que. Hopefully my power comes back so we can turn the AC on and start to dry my house out. Phenomenal service glad to have been a loyal customer for years. Shout out to Mary who took my initial call and remembered my Boston number!!

Had a special for annual service, so I signed up for service. Technician came out did his checks, told me I had a leak and pressure was low. He called his supervisor to come and confirm his findings. Which he confirmed them and I got an estimate of $4200 to repair. I was ready to buy a new system, but my wife convinced me to get a second opinion. Glad I did, NOTHING WRONG WITH MY SYSTEM !!!!!!! I’m thinking I should turn them into the state, EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The dispatcher called me to remind me that I required my biannual service last year and when the technician came out he identified my unit too new and he could not service my unit. I asked that they call again this year and they did. Trevor called to say he was able to arrive early if I was available
Upon his arrival he explained exactly how and what he was going to do. When complete explained his findings, thankfully the unit was fine. I would highly recommend them.
