I ordered the Freshly Ground Flour Sampler. It arrived within a week. So far I have baked with Rustic Red, and today Windy White. Happy with the results so far. Can’t wait to try the other 2 flours.

I ordered a mockmill 200 from here. There was a small issue with the mill itself (nothing caused by grains from the plains) and they took care of the issue super quickly. Really appreciated the friendly, quick support. Highly recommended!!!

I ordered the wheat berry sampler and it arrived in just a couple days. I've tried making bread from the Turkey Red and it was some of the best I've ever had. I also made some pancakes from the Windy White which barely made it to the table. I mean, we stood in the kitchen eating them just about as fast as they came off the griddle.
Looking forward to trying the other varieties and I will definitely be ordering again. Especially given the value!

I ordered hard wheat Snow White. It had so much debris in it, twigs, rocks, black small things (maybe bugs) I just threw it all out. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

I somehow forgot to write a review. I got 20# of Turkey Red berries back in 2020. I still have a small amount left. I grind my own flour so these berries are still very fresh. I love this flour and use it along with others that I keep in stock. I am so glad they are still producing and look forward to buying again.

The flour from this farm is amazing. The flavor is so rich and deep- our favorite is the heirloom turkey red which includes a small amount of whole wheat berries. Ordering was fast and easy and we couldn't be happier. If you're not sure where to start, I would recommend the sampler flour pack!
