We ordered a Whirlpool dryer on Tuesday from Grand Appliance in Lake Zurich and the process was easy. Anthony H. was a fine salesman answering all question I had. It was delivered 2 days later without issue.

We stopped by on a Saturday looking for an entry level dishwasher. We were greeted when we walked in, directed to the section and we were able to make our decision without pressure or pushing.

We are new to this so we asked questions about well water and how to avoid smell and Brian gave us honest and informed advice.

We endes up purchasing a floor model for a great price that was wayyyy less than any other store. They immediately wrapped it up and loaded it into our jeep. We were in and out of the store in less than 20 min. By the end of the night we had a new washing machine that worked perfectly right away.

We were assured if there any issues we could call and get it sorted out but we didnt need to. Also it came with a 1 yr manufacturer warranty as well.

We couldnt be happier with the ease and speed we got this done. We would reccomend Grand appliance and Brian to anyone who is looking for home appliances. Especially if you want to ask a few more questions that the big box store cant answer. They also beat the price by a lot which was our main focus!

Now our dishwasher looks so nice we are going to upgrade everything else in our old kitchen!

Anthony our sales person was very attentive, provided me and my wife with valuable information and answered all our questions! The ordering process over the phone with Anthony in Lake Zurich was great. He answered all my questions and gave me a great price with quicker installation and delivery then I was getting from ABT.
Purchased a Maytag gas dryer. Dryer delivered on time as scheduled. Guys were great getting it in and connected. Will definitely use Grand again.

Two deliveries in past month and both crews were courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
HOWEVER, upon further examination, the proper, complete literature for our washer was not delivered. And now I’m very frustrated after numerous attempts to get the instruction manual from the manufacturer. I will now call the Grand Appliance store and will let you know if they resolve this.
