My roommate and I have had Granite Peak Alarm system for about a year, and it has been wonderful. We truly came to appreciate it about a month ago. We had a knock on our door and opened it, to our surprise we found a man who was under the influence claiming to be on “shrooms” insisting he wanted to come into our home to take a nap.

We shut the door, armed the house, and called 9-11. The man left when he saw us calling the police, but when the police arrive we were able to pull up the footage of everything that happened.

One of the officers recognized the man, and said that there was a warrant out for his arrest. The police were able to quickly locate the man and arrest him based off the footage we showed them.

We were truly grateful to have such an amazing alarm system in place for such unfortunate situations that can be quiet scary if you do not have the proper protections in place.

We started using Granite Peak in September of 2018, and have a total of four camera systems and five alarm systems with them and have had zero issues with any of the systems or service. We have saved thousands of dollars over the past three years by going with them, and it has been a huge improvement over what we had with the nationally recognized company we were using at the time. The first camera system alone was several thousand dollars cheaper than what the national company was charging - and it has more cameras, with each camera being better quality and having a higher resolution, a higher storage capacity NVR with more features & control, and more network ports for expansion. Granite Peak’s install work was very good, they cleaned up after their work, their crew was reliable and prompt and professional. It was evident that they really know their stuff. And throughout the whole process Sean and his team were super helpful and friendly.

So we decided to give their alarm system a try. We were very pleased to have the same results of high level service and products at the best prices. And so as the need arose to add additional camera systems and alarm systems at other offices, it was a no-brainer to go with Granite Peak. We can remotely monitor multiple systems from a single app, it’s simple and very user-friendly.

Any time we have had questions or needed assistance with adding users or adjusting settings/configurations, Sean and his team have always been right there to help. We have been very glad we made the switch.

I also have another camera system and alarm system with Granite Peak outside of work, and have received the same excellent service for those, with high quality equipment and the best price.
