BEWARE! FRAUD COMPANY! They do not live up to what they agree to. Their new customer agreement is a joke. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

They are a company full of liars. Do not deal business with them. We reached out to Great Lakes Wholesale to buy product for our business. We filled out the New Customer information and went over their guidelines. We placed an order. In their guidelines, it states that they will case label at an extra cost, which we were fine with. We were contacted a couple days later by Ryan in shipping that said our order was ready to be shipped and to give him an address, and that he needed pallet labels. We asked about sending them case labels. Ryan said he was not going to case label because the shipment was already wrapped. He also updated us to let us know that even though he said our original order was ready to go, our order was actually smaller than what we placed. We then asked for box size dimensions. We went back and forth about case labels because we wanted case labels added to our shipment. They said they would not unwrap our pallets. So we asked for our order to be canceled since they couldn't live up to what they said they would do. Craig, who is in sales, said that we would be charged a $311.00 restocking fee. We told them that was fraud. They charged us anyway. Also, today they charged our cc for the full amount of the canceled order, even though items were never shipped, which was $2079.00. They breached our contract, not us.

Great Lakes Wholesale is an awesome company to work with. They are always pleasant and do a great job. I never have to worry about not getting the best shipping rate and I know that my order will come quickly. I have never had an issue.

Great Lakes website allows me to keep a running order, so I can easily add items as soon we are getting close to being out-of-stock and then I just hit "send" in my shopping cart when I reach a good size order.

Very good customer service and I can pick up my ordered items ahead of time. They are very accommodating and I have not experienced any glitch in my two previous transactions. Their product line is also very helpful for small online sellers.

Fantastic in stock rate and great prices with a complete variety of product to choose from.... the website and the monthly catalogs make ordering so easy to manage. I order for a 5 store grocery chain and the catalogs assist the individual stores review for new items. Absolutely a great way to supply my stores with their dollar merchandise.

I delivered to this place it also goes by DFS..I was unloaded in 15mins 40pallets to unload.clean restrooms,staff is very friendly…Dave the forklift driver was awesome
