I really wish we could go back to Amwaste!! This company charges more and does a lot less. They refuse to dump any garbage can but theirs. People have paid good money for their own trash cans before this company took over and now we can't use our own along with theirs unless we pay another fee!! This is a complete ripoff! Wish I knew who we could talk to about this because it is an issue!
Edit: I guess they call and try to go off on anybody that leaves an unfavorable review! Never heard of not being able to voice my own opinion about how I feel about a service I pay for! Wth!!!

This is the worst company ever, I wish they had kept AmWaste. My elderly mom has to haul her trash can to the main highway, when in the past 30 plus years trash companies would come in the loop and retrieve the trash. Then didn’t inform her about it and stop picking up her trash. When we called them to see what’s going on, they say they can’t get off the main highway to get trash. Which doesn’t make sense because this is a rural area and majority of the houses are off the main highway. They deserve no star's, Pickens County made a bad decision when going with this company. They raised the garbage bill to almost $80 a month and they have no care for their elderly customers.

The elderly people in our community still pay by mail and the mail carrier is short of help so they are running 2 weeks behind. So with the elderly customers payment not getting there, they didn’t pick up the trash and these people have never missed a payment before. They didn’t even call their customers to let them know their payment hadn’t arrived. It just looks like they could have a little better system and more grace when it comes to their customers.

When they pick up our trash, they only take half of what's in the can, if even that. That has happened more than once I don't pay half the bill, I pay all the bill. I expect them to get all the trash. They deserve zero stars. ?

The absolute worst customer service. Not friendly, skipped two weeks in a row with picking up trash, said they would send someone to pick it up and of course no one came. Too bad we’re stuck with this company.

WORST customer service EVER!!! & ridiculous prices!! If you have any issues with them. They much rather cancel your service than admit when they are in the wrong!!! Wish our County had stuck with the original waste company! I give these people ZERO stars!! Worst experience ever!! DO NOT use them if you have a CHOICE! There’s a reason why this company continues to get terrible reviews! BE CAREFUL!

Worst service ever, they gone say they can only pick up there trash cans. That’s stupid, it shouldn’t matter how much trash you have even if you put your trash into another trash can. You suppose to pick it up. That’s what you get paid to do!!! Bring back Amwaste!!!

So we recently got swapped over to this company in our neighborhood. Not only did we receive a bill this week that was dated due on 1/08/23, but they are not doing their job. Me along with my neighbors to my left are left with bins full of trash. I figured it would be a breathe of fresh air getting someone besides who we had, but paying more for a service we aren’t even receiving? Come on. Let’s be real. I have called SEVERAL times on multiple different days to be sent to a voicemail box. Thanks for the amazing service guys ? Update on 4/8/23. Was able to get the original issue resolved, HOWEVER, it is extremely over priced, and I received a bill today for $95.00. It says it is due on the 16th but says right below that it is late and there is also a late fee on the bill. Trash companies are kinda the worst honestly.
