If this is what you were told, then this is inaccurate. It's true that I don't own the car, however, I would be an authorized driver as well. Next, she told me "progressive is the most forgiving" when it comes to lapses in insurance. This was after I asked if she only quoted Progressive and I told her of a $70 a month lower price I was quoted with Geico. I maintain my stance that she was rude and standoffish, and didn't care to do any further digging to see if another company would be lower. This review isn't necessarily about the price, but how I was treated.

I called and spoke with a woman who was extremely rude. The quote was obscenely high for liability coverage, and she refused to quote anyone other than Progressive and recommended I call Mr Auto in Crystal River. I definitely feel like I dodged a bullet with these people and I'm glad she recommended I go elsewhere. Because if this is the customer service of this company, I'll never do business here.

Customer Service is in need of a makeover. Certain staff members need a refresher in being honest, courteous, considerate and prompt. It concerns me that Veterans are treated so poorly. Maybe, just maybe they forgot what business they’re in!! They were called on several occasions to retrieve a quote for a 1 year policy. They completely ignored my request for a simple callback to say, “Yes or no”…. If you need a reason to avoid this Co. simply start with poor and I mean, poor, Customer Service.. Beau Berry, the Owner, is the individual you need to contact to address his staff! All the problems start with the leader!! Train your staff to perform as if it were you speaking and dealing with the customer! Lastly, AARP handled the renewal of a policy in 20 minutes!!!

Although I enjoyed my experience, I was unable to obtain my homeowners through your agency. However, I would recommend your agency to anyone just because of her. She’s awesome!
