I had my tractor serviced at Green Acres after it was flooded in Hurricane Milton. When I spoke with the service manager, I told him I wanted the battery replaced, in addition to all the oils, fluids, etc. being changed out. He told me it didn't need a battery because it was fresh water that it had been sitting in and it started fine for them. I told him it did not start fine when his driver came to pick it up and I wanted a new battery. They had my tractor 2.5 weeks and clearly decided to do what they wanted instead of what I asked them to do. 5 days after I got it back I went out to use my tractor and it would not start. The battery was dead and couldn't even be jump started. I called Kirk, the owner, who was extremely rude and condescending. After I explained the situation, he stated how inconsiderate I was for calling him on a Sunday at 1:30 in the afternoon. He refused to speak with his service manager on Monday morning and call me back in regards to the matter. Then continued to chastise me, as if I was the one in the wrong, until I finally just hung up on him. I'm left to wonder what else they did not do that they were supposed to. After ending our call, I looked at my invoice and receipt closely only to realize they charged my credit card more than they told me and more than the invoice total. My payment was taken over the phone since they were delivering my tractor. I will be calling my credit card company to report the discrepancy. I went there for service because that is where I purchased the tractor. Even though that wasn't the best experience, either, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Huge mistake! They have lost my business. I will tell any one willing to listen about my experience with them and recommend everyone find another place to give their business to. These people are completely unprofessional.

I went in to order our first Z spray, I was already approved and had the application number, which we had to fill out ourselves because he didn’t want to help us submit the application. We spoke to Kirk (the owner) and right off the bat he was not the friendliest, he was finishing his breakfast which we didn’t mind but he gave off the impression that we were interrupting him. We brushed it off, gave him the application number for the loan and went on to ask him about operating the machine. Since this would’ve been our first z spray we were unfamiliar and uncomfortable with operating it. He told us that it would be just a learning curve and that we will figure it out on our own. We then asked him if there was a rep in the area that could walk through the machine and show us how to use it. With it being such a big purchase and customers lawns on the line, we want to make sure we can operate it properly. He stated that reps don’t come out and show people how to use the machines. So we told him when we were shopping around there was another company we spoke with that said they would have a rep come out and show us. He then rudely said “Maybe you should get it from them then.” Which completely solidified our initial thought that he didn’t want to earn our business. With that being said, if you’re looking for a company that is welcoming, understands your needs, and is willing to help, this isn’t the place for you. There’s plenty of better alternatives that deserve your business!

Nice place and friendly people. The only thing I found to be a problem was that I had purchased something from them at one location, when they relocated I started to have issues with the product and had a hard time finding their new location, once I did find them they said they no longer carry the product and wouldn't help me with the issue I had which was still under warranty. It's under a year warranty and they offered NO help what so ever for the product they sold and said they serviced. So now I have spent over $ 160. On this product that I can't even use.

I bought a mower from their so called sister store which is now closed. Paid hundreds more than I could have bought it from TS because I bought into the we will be here for you when you need us. When it came time to step up they were horrible. First told me my mower was out of warranty which was not true. No call back day one. I am not going to waste my time describing how rude this place is. They lost me as customer.

Recently purchased a mower from Green Acres and it was a very pleasant experience. Kirk, the owner, took ample time to explain the differences between models and made sure I was buying a mower that would do what I needed it to do. I highly recommend them.

Great price for the quality of the mower we wanted. Kirk took his time to explain some options of commercial grade mowers on the phone and in person. Everyone there was so helpful and pleasant, even to help us tow it to our property. Couldn’t ask for better service or people. Thanks!

We had a great experience purchasing our new mower, Kirk took the time to explain the features of multiple mowers and never pressured or tried to sale us items we did not want. Kirk stayed after business hours to complete the sale and had the unit delivered the next day. I will be using them for all future lawn equipment purchases.

UPDATE:9/13/2024
My husband went to mow the lawn last Sunday and it wasn't working properly. This was maybe the third time it was used since it was "serviced". Had someone else look at it and the belt was installed wrong and fell off. So I spent a lot to get this kind of "quality service". Never again.

Grab some popcorn. This is a long post.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We set up an appointment to have our lawn tractor serviced by this company. We were told by the counter person that we were getting the mower in at the right time, because they would be getting busier in the next few weeks. All we wanted was basic maintenance and a tire tube replaced. Pretty simple, right? We thought so too. Still with me? Read on....

So they picked up the mower on a Friday, as that is our availability day for things of this nature. We were given this choice, so it worked out well. The young man was very nice and polite, so we do not fault him for any of the ridiculousness that unfolded. We figured we would get the mower back in a week, two tops. Boy, we were sooooo wrong.
So one week goes by, no mower. They haven't started it yet. Week two goes by, nope no mower. Week three, was told they got busy. Ok, but our mower got there ahead of time, so what's up here? Apparently commercial accounts have priority? Ok, I get it, but someone could have said that upon pickup or at the shop? Once again, it got there BEFORE the season started according to the counterperson. Week 4 turns into week 5. We get a phone call that the mower is coming back. We make sure someone is home. So guess what happened? You guessed it, no mower. The excuse? The truck broke down this time. Ok, it happens, but we are on WEEK 5! Each time my husband called the shop, he is told, we will call you back. We got crickets. So on Monday of this week he gets a call that they want to bring the mower. So we are both at work, so he tells them to bring it Friday. "We will call you back." So someone calls again trying to deliver it again. Again he says we cannot accept it until Friday, which is one of their delivery/pickup days. He told them after this, we think compensation for our inconvenience is in order. "I will call you back." So the mower is coming on Thursday because we are so over this runaround we are getting.
My husband asks for compensation for our inconvenience, since now he has to leave work and be home for delivery. "If you pay cash, we will take 10% off the balance due." WHAAAAAAAT! He calls me and I blew a gasket. I told him to call them back and get the delivery fee waived. So he blew a gasket on whomever and they gave him partial credit. I was pi$$ed. The least they could have done was waive the delivery fee 100%.

DO NOT use this company, unless you have or can borrow a few grazing livestock as a backup plan, because you will probably be waiting an insane amount of time to get it back. We only had basic maintenence done. I can only imagine how long it would take if it needed parts. 🙄
