They did not show up twice. First time had an appointment for after 2 pm and at 2:30 they said sorry we can’t make it today. Had to wait another week. Second appointment was also for after 2 pm. At 4:30 I got an update that they would be there around 5:30. At 7:30 pm was told they called, but I didnt get a call. They were calling to then tell me would be after 9:00 PM. I said that the condo doesn’t want people on the roof for after 9:00 and I had to go to work soon. I work 3rd shift and have to take care of patients. I didn’t think that they would be over 7 hours late. Too bad because otherwise they have good reviews and now I must find someone else. I am pretty sure my AC is toast and they lost an opportunity to replace it. Anyway I am not mad at the technician but obviously this is a scheduling issue. I recommend asking for the next available morning appointment.

I had a high-end heat pump and back-up gas furnace installed by Green Air Care last year. It was a significant investment, but I'm really happy with the system's performance and I've generally been very pleased with my interactions with Green Air Care. I would recommend Green Air Care to anyone without hesitation.

Their salesperson was honest (he recommended that I go with a cheaper solution for my condo, but I wanted greater efficiency and performance to minimize my gas usage). The installation and my first annual service went very well; everyone has been very professional and on time.

I would have given Green Air Care five stars, but recently I had a frustrating experience when I contacted them to get an itemized invoice for my tax return. I had to follow-up multiple times with the office staff and ultimately waited over 2 weeks just to hear that they couldn't provide me the invoice detail I needed. Given my other interactions with the company, I'm assuming this is an isolated incident. I'll update my review if I continue to experience issues like this.

Note: if you're installing a heat pump and gas furnace combination and plan to claim the energy credit on your tax return, make sure you get an invoice that breaks out the cost for each piece of equipment separately. Your accountant will likely ask for it.

I would highly recommend Green Air Care to everyone. They really showed me today they truly care about their customers. Was able to go over my issue with the service manager and we were able to come to a fair resolution.
