Stanley gave me great advice on what would be the best return selling my brothers house. I was the executor of his estate. The house was in pretty sad condition and I thought it would be a tear-down. Stanley told me there were currently too many lots for sale in Hillsborough and the best advice was to sell it as is. Stanley assisted in setting up a company to de-junkify and clean out the house. After that, the house was photographed and marketed. The house went on the market and sold immediately for over the asking price. Great job. Thanks Stanley.

Stanley Lo and everyone at Green Banker continually exceed expectations. Stanley has helped my family with purchasing houses along with selling. In 2020, he represented us as a buyer and was able to close the deal for us, even with several other offers on the table. My current businesses rent in 3 of Green Bankers properties in Burlingame and Millbrae. It is always easy to reach out to their office if anything comes up. Gloria makes the working and renting a breeze for us throughout their properties. Mark, Elena and Vin have are extremely helpful as well. Stanley and his entire team are the best around.
