I cannot recommend Green conception enough.my husband and I decided to get a new roof and pull the trigger on finally getting solar panels. I called a bunch of places and decided to go with them for numerous reasons. I contacted them
online and got a call back from them within minutes. They were attentive to my needs and concerns from start to finish. They weren’t like the typical pushy overbearing contractors I’ve dealt with in the past. They were very thorough in explaining their entire process from start to finish. They presented a very legible proposal and timeline with all the costs upfront. They were professional, showed up on time, and completed all the work in a clean organized manner while respecting the integrity of my home. My roof looks fantastic, we finally have solar panels and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Green conception is most certainly the company to go with for all your roofing and solar needs! Had my solar system installed in May 2024 and am thrilled with it so far. Green Conception was great throughout the process. When I first signed the contract, I was not sure when we could install because of other renovation work that I was doing. It was much longer than expected but they were very patient and then available when it can time to start. They handled city permits and all of the electric company paperwork required to interconnect with the grid. The installation was quick and they did a beautiful job! Feel like I have magic on my roof! Thx so much!

I am delighted to share my exceptionally positive experience with Green Conception and their stellar team, led by Jose. Since 2018, I have been working with Green Conception and have purchased 3 separate solar power panel systems for my home in Highland Park. The prices are reasonable and competitive. Each installation has been seamless, thanks to the professionalism and expertise demonstrated by Jose and his team.

From the beginning, the customer service has been outstanding. Jose and his team have consistently responded to my questions and concerns with almost same-day responses, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. The systems they have installed have worked great.

One of the standout aspects of Green Conception's service is their proactive approach to system maintenance and updates. For example, when one of the vendors who manufactured an inverter thatI purchased back in 2018 announced a phase-out of the WiFi communicator. Jose and his team promptly came out to my place and installed the updated WiFi communicator with no issues. This forward-thinking attitude ensures that my systems remain up-to-date and perform optimally, reflecting their commitment to delivering long-term value.

In all my dealings with Jose and his team since 2018, I have found them to be highly knowledgeable, courteous, and reliable. Having used Green Conception for the past six years, I have nothing but very positive reviews for them, and I wholeheartedly recommend Green Conception to anyone considering solar panel installation.

Green Conception does both roof projects and solar projects. They replaced the underlayment on my roof and the team was fast, professional and did very good work as far as I can tell. The low rating if for the solar project. It has been 8 months since I signed their proposal, the project install finished just 3 weeks ago, I have paid them 90% of the project cost and my system sits their not working, having never been turned on and final tested by them. Their communication with me is terrible. Responses from them can take weeks. Would recommend using a different solar installer.
