In my 30+ professional years in Lincolnwood I have never found anyone as humble, righteous, and constructive as Frank. I have had a hard time finding someone to solve my DRAINAGE issues. They were either extremely expensive, never showed up, or didn't fix the problem. Frank gave me a reasonable estimate. He said he would be out within 2-3 weeks. He was right on the money 2 weeks and two days after I signed up and gave him my deposit they where here working. The men that work for him seem like a great bunch of guys. Frank was always very responsive and even called during this recent storm 8-10-20 to follow-up. They did everything they promised they would do and even a little bit more. Their work looks amazing and I am extremely happy. if you or any of your friends are interested in having a good job done at a reasonable price this would be the company for you.100% recommend Green Holmes LLC.

I have used Green Construction for several home improvements, such as: a Complete kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodel. In addition we had them correct a sinking foundation and add a new porch and deck. We continue to use Green Construction because their workers are competent and professional and the craftsmanship is excellent. We highly recommend them and will be using them for our next home improvement project.

This company does excellent work. I have hired them for several projects in my home. The contractors are very professional. When I am provided an estimate of the job, the company goes over the contract and detail everything I am requesting. When the work begins, they are timely and clean up after themselves each day until the project is complete. If I have any issues with a completed project I am free to call them to return for any corrections regardless of how minute it is. I highly recommend this company and often give good references.

Melvin Calahan provided a great consultation. I learned so much in a little bid of time. I’m planning on a new construction home and boy did he open my eyes. I’m totally aware of what is to be done, what order, key players, financing and best products to use to name a few and more importantly what to expect from beginning to end and how to proceed after the ultra informative meeting. He is definitely passionate about what he does and share the brutal truth and must have knowledge in a very kind way. I really don’t know why my brother’s name is attached but my name is Sheila Hill.
