Overall the experience was fantastic. Our salesman Sam was wonderful to work with and he was super helpful and responsive. All of the paperwork was handled smoothly and efficiently. The only issue we had was with the installation. The final product looks great except the circuit box. The installation crew stuffed it so full and messy and made it super difficult to access anything for future repairs and work on the house.

Did a ton of thorough research into the best rated companies & products (including SunRun - my neighbor & 2 other acquaintances have had nothing but disappointments & headaches). Choosing SunPower By Green Convergence was like buying a Rolls Royce & getting their level of red carpet service at their dealership! Every department & personnel were very knowledgeable, tied into the process, communicative, & streamlined. Very professional, on-time, ‘just as promised’, ZERO ‘bait-&-switch, no headaches or running after them. Product quality is excellent too. They’re trustworthy & you WILL NOT find all the above with any other company. Leasing my system is one of the best things I ever did!

We love our system! We had it installed a couple of months ago. Our sales rep, Trevor, was incredibly informative and gave us zero pressure. The project management, Debbie, and install teams were so thorough and efficient. They managed and then exceeded our expectations. Green Convergence is a top notch contractor. They did a re-roof, solar installation, and electrical service panel replacement for me and they delivered everything as promised, top quality work. There were a few minor issues along the way (as to be expected in a large project) and they dealt with them timely and professionally. Jackie, their project manager, was great about communicating with me regularly throughout the project and the crews were here when I was told they would be. I can't recommend them enough. From the first day, Sunpower by Green Convergence was excellent. They gave me a detailed estimate, explained anything I did not understand, and kept within the estimated cost, even when they had to make some adjustments due to changing Fire Dept regulations. I had them remove an old solar system, replace the roof on my garage and shop building, and install a totally new solar system with battery backup. All their personnel were extremely nice, explaining anything I asked about. They were neat and workmanlike. The finished roof is beautiful, and the solar system will be a Godsend when Edison or Mother Nature cuts off my power. I recommend them without reservation. A plus, they are a local, Santa Clarita company who have been here for years. Not a huge company that advertises on TV but has no investment in our town or in keeping a single distant customer happy. I could not be happier with Sunpower by Green Convergence. Check them out if you are considering solar for your home or business.

I'm extremely happy with my decision to go solar and that I chose the company SunPower by Green Convergence. I cannot say enough great things about this company. Mr. Mark Figearo guided me through all the options and helped me find the best solution for my needs! He was courteous, and clearly knowledgeable in his industry. The installers did an amazing job with the panel. They communicated well, showed up on time for the installation. They did a great job on clean up. I recommend SunPower by Green Convergence to everyone!
