In June 2022 we had 4 heat pumps installed in an historic Vermont house. The team that installed the system was thoroughly professional. The leader of the project team had installed over 180 heat pumps. The work sites were cleaned up every day, and thoroughly at the end of the work. They arrived on time, worked diligently and quietly, and explained the operation of the system to us at the end of the process. They also offered advice on how best to protect the outside units and other aspects of heat pump technology which was new to us. We are completely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use them again.

Since 2020 this company has proven to be inconsistent with communication and simply horrible with their customer service. I will never recommend them to anyone or hire them again. Here's why...

In 2020, a trusted friend recommended them to me to purchase and install Mitsubishi heat pumps in my home and I completely regret hiring them now. My experience started with the sales rep being late to the consultation, followed by a miscommunication and scheduling issue with their technician. Next, they ordered the wrong color covers from what I had requested. When I pointed it out, the lead technician was rude about replacing them with the correct color. During the installation, their workers under the lead tech were young, unprofessional and all smoked on my property leaving the inside of my home to smell like smoke. I tried to be friendly and welcoming but clearly that didn't make a difference. After the installation the heat pumps worked great for a few years, however, they never followed up for the yearly cleanings as required for the warranty to be valid. Now, in 2023, I'm having issues with my heat pumps working properly. I called them to schedule maintenance and the salesman was quick to call me back, but when the baton was passed onto the tech to schedule maintenance, he contacted me the first time with only an hours notice and I couldn't be there to let him in. The next week he called me at the wrong # and then emailed me asking to schedule and when I didn't respond within a few hours, he then told me a day's notice wasn't enough time, talk about confusing & inconsistent. Next, I contacted the office again and told them about my frustrations with the scheduling and they sent me to the owner's voicemail. I have not heard from the owner since I left the voicemail, however, the salesman reached out to me and when I explained the issue and asked him to have the owner call me I got no response. The communication within and externally from this company is horrible. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the customer service, communications and professionalism from a company that once came highly recommended. Now, I will never recommend them to anyone and I never hire them again.
