If I could give 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend this company. At first, everything moved quickly and they seemed committed answering our calls and resolving our questions efficiently. But once we signed the contract, they disappeared.

We don’t even have access to the app to see if the solar panels are working properly, and they also promised us one year of free services with a gift card, which we’re still waiting for.

The worst part has been the lack of internal communication. They keep transferring us from one person to another, and no one seems to have a clear answer. We’ve had to constantly call just to get things done. Unfortunately, it’s been a very frustrating experience.

ZERO STARS. Honestly, I'm extremely disappointed with the Green Energy Team. Do not do business with Bryan Templin and Alejandro Andrade. At first, they seem trustworthy, but everything changes once you sign the contract. They had issues paying their own workers, which caused delays in the installation. It's been two months since the panels were installed, and I still don’t know if they’re even working, since I have no way to monitor the production. They also promised me a gift card equivalent to one year of payments, and I haven’t received anything—always excuses when they respond. Honestly, stay away from this company. I want to return their equipment; the lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

***BEWARE*** Solar company issues, The Green Team Energy LLC owned by Bryan Templin. The person makes promises that are false, tells you one price and then, after installation, increases the price. During my installation, the panel layout was changed due to lack of safety equipment provided to the employees. The panels were a different size than originally stated. There was also an issue with the employee's payroll causing further delays. Lack of communication when I voiced concerns via text messages and attempted phone calls about all of these issues that were occurring. Still has not provided an invoice with a breakdown of the costs, including labor. Only contacted me by coming to my property to sign loan documents before my husband and I could review it. After I explained that my husband was working until 10pm and would not be able to sign until after that, he proceeded to intimate and guilt trip me, stating that he needed the money ASAP to make payroll. My husband had to take the rest of the day off to deal with the issue so that we could get him to leave. I advise not doing business with this company or person.

Had a great experience talking to Bryan & Alejandro. Both really understanding guys who set me up with a better plan than the pushy salesman i talked to before. Everything has worked flawlessly and I am ecstatic with how the roof was finished up too! Glad they found me when they did!

Worked closely with this team to ensure that our home could get the solar power we desire. They designed the system that was able to fit entirely on my roof and offset all of my power usage from the electric company. Now my monthly electric costs are fixed and I can predict what I will pay. Also they offered a very comprehensive referral program that I was able to take advantage of with the help of my neighbors. We are very pleased with the professionalism and service that we have received from Green Energy Team. Brian broke down the whole project for us and answered all questions and concerns we had. He is extremely knowledgeable and even visited us after the installation to insure that everything was right.
I would recommend Green Energy Team to anyone that is interested in getting Solar.

Had several companies give us a quote, we didn’t want to finance and pay it in cash and by far for apples to apples comparisons with equipment and warranties they were definitely the best priced. Quick install from when we start the project took about 2 weeks and Bryan kept us in the loop the whole way. Highly recommend GET.

I selected the Green Team based on my initial impression of Bryan Templin's expertise and my favorable research on Clayco Electric, the company responsible for the actual installation.
However, my experience with Bryan right before the installation and thereafter was pretty disappointing. I was initially promised a system that would offer more than a 125% energy offset, which was meant to eliminate any costs from the electric company. However, the design that was eventually installed only accounted for approximately 115% energy offset.
Just two days prior to the installation, when I inquired about the final layout and anticipated production, Bryan provided me with the initial plan of 125% offset. Surprisingly, a different design was put in place with diminished capacity. After one month of operation, I ended up paying a $65 charge from the electric company.
It's worth noting that we had discussed potential challenges well ahead of the installation. Bryan had reassured me, even stating his approach was to "under-promise and over-deliver."
Further, the contract included an $800 gift card as a customer appreciation post-installation, which I haven't received. Attempts to communicate with Bryan have been unsuccessful. On the rare occasions he responded, he cited personal difficulties as the reason for not responding and avoided the actual subject of the gift card or any other questions I have. His business partner, Alejandro Andrade, when asked about the gift card, placed the responsibility solely on Bryan.
In conclusion, I would advise caution when considering doing business with the Green Team or these guys. Please note that my experience with the actual installation company, Clayco Electric, was great. They responded to any of my questions promptly and have been helpful even post-installation.
