Honestly horrible customer service. Since these guys bought out good riddance their prices have exploded. Hopefully another company will develop ,as friendly competition is good for everyone!!

I paid, in advance and in full, for 10 days rental of a 40 yard dumpster to include delivery, pickup and dumping. $575 dollars. Then, they didn’t pick the thing up on time and charged $110 extra dollars. When I refused to pay, they took it out of my sweethearts account all after her mother died at the house where it was delivered. Now, because of their underhanded and unprofessional dealings, I will have to go through the state attorney generals office, complain to the Better Business Bureau, complain to her Credit Union and leave a bad review. Too bad there isn’t a “negative 10 star” review. Go ANYWHERE else but these people.

We have had this company for several years, and we really appreciate them. Today, I called to find out if the schedule was going to be changed because of the holiday, and it was. The individual I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. I can't imagine how hard the sanitation workers work in the heat and the cold. I certainly would not want to try to get along without them. Great job!

We had just moved into our house and had more trash than normal. On the first day of service the guy picking up our trash was visibly angry picking up our trash and throwing it around. After dumping the trash can he kicked the trash can over. The office personal was not any better. The lady I talked to twice was very rude. I was being charged a $10 fuel charge when the gas prices went up, which was fine. When the gas prices went down I was still being charged the $10. Overall this trash service is the worst I have ever had to deal with. I recommend "4statesanitation" They are so much better!!

There were extra charges that that came up on the bill that we weren't expecting. Make sure to ask lots of questions before so you know about ALL of the expenses.
