And then charge you for someone else's account balance.

Horrible company I wouldn’t waste ur money here, they won’t send u a bill and they will wait 3 months down the road then tell u u owe them back pay! Then they will take money out of ur account without ur authorization

Wonderful customer service. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and kind. I needed a dumpster delivered and they got it to me same day. Crazy cool!

I have lived at this address for some time now trash truck has always ran between 10 in the morning to noon today for some reason they have came by at 8 in the morning I didn't yet have my can out because they never come that early so after they went by I called to see if they could come back and pick my can up I was told no that my can should be at the street by 6 a.m. and that they would not come back and empty it I think this is very poor customer service seems how they charge so much for so little and the rudeness of the person I spoke to was very rude very very poor customer service if I had a choice I would no longer use them but seems how the city forces us to use this one particular company what do you do
