Update: Paid half up front in September. Someone was able to remove them, although Maor did not believe me when I stated the person would need a lift. Instead he came with a small ladder. Borrowed my roofers. Detachment took two days due to this.
Now GHS has every excuse in the book why they cannot send someone out to put the panels back on the roof.

Husband bought solar for our home. They took forever to install it - to our home in Illinois. Multiple days to install. Communication was very poor from day 1.

Tree fell on house June 2023 causing 4 holes in roof. A solar panel got a hole, which is causing water damage under the crawl space onto the upstairs ceiling. Company will not respond to phone calls, and will not call back in a timely manner after receiving voicemails. They have only sent emails pressuring me to buy solar ever since I requested communication online.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will continue to fight the insurance company as well.

Same story as many of the other reviews. This company makes promises they cannot fulfill. It took them a year and several renegotiations to get started, and then half way through they fraudulently stated the project was finished so the finance company would disburse payment! Now I have monthly payments coming due for a partially completed project! The quality of workmanship, for what was done, was amateur at best. Now I have a half completed solar project with exposed wires laying on top of the ground, not connected to anything. Wind gusts keep blowing the solar panels off of the rack because they are not fastened properly. They keep sending new people out to finish the installation but, when they get here they are shocked and unprepared for how much still needs to be done, so nothing gets done! It's a mess!!!

The installer was Alec from nearby Ukiah. He cleaned up after each day and when he was done, sent the photos. All is professionally installed and after weathering some big storms, I am pleased it’s solid, looks and works great saving us money. Other companies string you along for months without action.
