We retired to Green and Lush sixteen years ago to be close to family. What we found was a larger family , Who also likes to Winter here for great talks, campfires, evening meals, surrounded by Grapefruit, orange and Lemon trees. A host who joins in who is kind and helpful to make this a home away from ..home. It is sad to read untruths about our family , which also is our host. Who always makes sure we enjoy our Winter home. Some residents leave their rigs here full-time. So they always have a great place to return to each year. We look forward to coming home after volunteering each Summer in the Midwest.

The owner of the park will not give you a lease or receipt for rent she just needs paid in cash so she can evict you at will. She is bi-polar and makes up rules as she wishes .
She will not allow you to smoke in your own dwelling or on the property and it is not posted
She is a psychopath and will enter your home un announced at any time so. Keep your doors locked.
I cought her standing on cement blocks at 2:30 in the morning to look into my bedroom.
Then into my front room.
I watched her go through another renters property after he went to work.
And she raised his rent before he got here from California
He left after one month.
Please go some where else if you don't want to be ruled like a prison.
My gentleman was told not to leave his space.
She confronted him even at the garbage
Please don't trust her delicate.voice and sweet smile
She will make your life hell

The park is beautifully maintained! The staff is super nice and the owner is such an incredible, sweet, and caring person. I wish I was old enough to live there (55+ community). I will bide my time until then working there instead.

This was the best place I could have stayed. The owner works diligently at creating and keeping a green n' lush natural environment. She is kind and helped me whenever I had any questions. I found this place to be friendly and clean. The rent is reasonable and not over-priced at all. I highly recommend checking this place out!!!

Hard to get into because it's so nice and the owner is great. Mine was only for two and a half months but would gladly stayed long if a spot had been open. Well cared for grounds and friendly people.

The owner of this park is a lunatic who goes postal at the drop of a hat. She is known to evict tenants at will. She does not allow smoking ANYWERE in the park, not even INSIDE OF YOUR OWN TRAILER! The rent is higher than the park next door and doesn't have any amenities. (The park next door is cheaper and has a clubhouse). If you're smart, YOU'LL STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARK and find somewhere nice that isn't run like a Nazi death camp.

Wonderful fresh air with sweet smelling citrus blooms. Quietest park ever. Some people leave their rigs and return. Friendly neighbors.

This was the Worst place I stayed can’t believe I stayed as long as I did. When I moved out she wouldn’t give me my 200.00 deposit back. She has so many personal problems they interfere with her taking care of the park. I do not recommend that park.
