Completely wasted money and time. My gas powered chainsaw was bogging down so I decided to bring it here to adjust the carburetor. The young lady working was very nice and professional but she advised me that they would charge $40 for the diagnosis which then could be applied towards any repairs or adjustments. I paid the $40 and dropped off the chainsaw at 10am. By 3pm, they called me saying they can fix it but it'll be an additional $90 on top of the $40 I paid. I declined the repair since Home Depot has a sale on brand new chainsaws for $150. They advised that I needed to pick up the chainsaw today or there will be an additional $10 charge per day it's left there. Once I picked it up, I asked for a copy of the diagnosis of what's wrong with the chainsaw, considering I paid $40 for the diagnosis. the young lady told me the owners policy is not give out that information. So it's my understanding that they would diagnose it for a $40 fee, figure out what the problem is, but never tell you what it is and expect you to pay. Do not recommend.

DO NOT HIRE THIS PEOPLE FOR TREE SERVICE. They are very unprofessional and when you complain the owner is very rude. Mr K. Came on Friday gave me an estimated, I accepted it, he ask for a $200.00 deposit ( first mistake). So he said he'll be back bout 4 pm to start the job, didn't show till 6:30 pm. Then he tells me that he'll be back at 8:30 am next day, at 8:30 am he calls me and tells me he's running late that he'll be in at 9 am. At 9:20 am I called him and told just bring me back my deposit. So he said he'll deduct $200.00 off. I accept it ( second mistake) he got there just before 10 am.. He started to work by trying to start a chainsaw that didn't wanted to star and when it did it will shut off. After 20 minutes of so call work he ask if he could use my bathroom (third mistake) I was caught off guard I said yes he came in and was in there for 15 minutes. God knows what when in there and by the way my wife was very I mean very angry at this point. She told me just to tell him just do the $200.00 worth of work and leave. So now he barely trimmed the tree that the owner told not to pick up anything and leave. I called the owner and he was very argumentative with me and rude I just didn't wanted to deal with that. So just told the guy to go. I lost about $120.00 worth of work. By the way it took this guy almost 15 minutes to cut a 8 inch branch with a sthil chainsaw, he had dull blades. Please pay attention to the reviews I read them and decided to ignore them, that's on me. Also DO NOT let anyone that come do some work on your property used the bathroom, I just learned that some wants to used them just to go in the medicine cabinet to steal any medication. Thank you.

Wanted to get my husband rider fixed as a present for our 49 wedding anniversary so I went there and Kara was very nice. They came and picked up the rider it was running good just needed a few parts fixed. Also needed two tires repaired they keep going flat. Will they fixed the rider and husband was happy to get it back, but the tires were not repaired. The next day the tires were flat. Went to see them and was told he didn't even take the tires off. Paid extra for the repair for the tires. Called said they would pick the rider up and repair the tires. Well this never happened and now the rider doesn't even start. I thought I would give them a try even though they have bad reviews. They will not give the money back that was paid extra for the tires so can get fixed somewhere else. So I say DON'T GO THERE NOT A HONEST PLACE!!!!

Consumer Beware! Around 3 or 4 months ago we had them work on our craftsman. Only 1 year old to replace our belt and do a tuneup. $500 dollars later to get our lawnmower back the belt never stays on and the motor hardly starts. We had another company look at it and the belt was a used belt. The mower has not been the same since. And we had to pay cash. They are horrible. Run, don't walk from here.

Our golf cart broke something in the steering system and we were stranded in the middle of celebration. Called numerous cart repair places and no one could help us. This company got back to us that day while the tow truck was loading the cart up and told us to have it towed to them instead of to our campground and had us back and running within 24 hours. They were very informative and let us know the progress the whole time. Would definitely recommend this repair shop ?

They are the worst do not recommend them, i took my grass trimmer to fix the pull cord they told me to give them a $40 deposit i did, then they call me to pick it up when i get home it don’t even turn on and it did before. They keep it and ask for $59 to get it out and it never worked and they kept my money. The said if i read the contract no return and they did not even refund the $59 that they did not fix anything. So at the end they made the machine worse then how i took it in and rob me at the same time, very unprofessional service.
