I have been living here at green oaks for 5 years and it will make 6 in July. For this to be my first apartment i can honestly say i couldn't have picked a more perfect place to live hence why i have been here so long. Denise and Tameka have always been so helpful and accommodating to any major or minor concerns I ever had. They are really great landlords and I'm really happy they still at green oaks! (Michael too) :)The Gym is also really nice and modern, maintenance is okay, and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. I love it!!!!

We’ve been here almost 2 years and our experience has been great. As long as you keep the line of communication open, they’re willing to work with you. If I need something fixed in the apartment, maintenance is at my door within a day. I’m satisfied.

I have been living at Green Oaks Apartments for a while and I have no complaints. The gym is super modern and all of the amenities are great. It is a beautiful area and very quiet as well. I would highly recommend anyone looking for apartments to move here.

I love it here, I’ve been here for 36 months. I feel safe , treated with respect from Tamika and Denise. Now a few of the Maintenance staff that’s a different story but I have no doubt that Denise and Tamika will get that department straightened up but overall price is reasonable, they keep the public spaces clean and respond in a timely manner on maintenance issues. People always want to make negative reviews when they don’t get their way or when they do not want to follow rules, I’ll never understand that. Tamika is so sweet and kind ,even when she has to deliver bad news or even when people are not being respectful to her. She always respond so professional, calm and respectful. Thank you Denise and Tamika for making my home a comfortable place to live .

So I called Monday & was told to call back Friday to schedule a showing for units I was told they had, I call back Friday now all the units gone, im confused everytime I try to apply he always says they have them but call back at a later time & when I do just that he says there no more available!! That’s so not cool…

Absolute headache. Go anywhere else. Not only did they require my 3 year olds SSC but they wanted a landlord check, from a previous address, that didn’t have my name on the lease from over 3 years ago. Every time I brought what they asked, per the sheet I was given, they needed something else. Very disappointed with the overall situation.

In February '2024 went to view an apartment there, put down $100 deposit to hold the unit while they run a credit check, they said my report is good they wanted to complete their welcome move in processing requirements with me such as the ComEd transfer and the payment amount due and other things at their request in order for me to move in the unit. I asked for the lease before I agreed with any of their demands, they denied my request. No agreement was made the management said they will not return my deposit back ($100).I called their corporate office to dispute the process or tell them my side of the story, the operator transfer my call to the director left a message no return call, called again two weeks later left another message again no response.When looking for my next apartment Green Oaks Apartments will not be on my list.

Maintenance always arrived within in a reasonable time whenever needed. Very friendly staff. Fair prices for spacious units in a nice area.
