Post-hurricane repairs included a new roof, so the Solar Pool Heating System had to be removed and re-installed. Green Planet was expensive but prompt, removing the system quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, after re-installing the panels on the roof, there was now a leak. Worse yet, when I engaged the system, I found it didn't work at all. I called, asking them to come back and fix it, and their response was an invoice for their return visit. Their sole focus was getting more money, instead of customer satisfaction. Now, 2 months later, one of the panels has come loose from the roof. These guys don’t know what they’re doing.

Greg installed our solar pool heater a little over a year ago for our vacation home. When we encountered some issues the other day, we reached out to Greg and he was very quick to show up and diagnose the issue. He sent us very thorough diagnosis video (since we were far away) and helped us with claiming our warranty for the replacement part. He also helped set up a temporary solution in the meantime, which ensure the guest can still enjoy the pool while waiting for the replacement part. Thank you so much for your speedy help Greg!

My experience with Greg was awesome. When I called him I explained that I had already had another company come out for leaking panel and broken shut off valve. I was not happy with their service and had already paid them a trip charge and a fee to fix the valve and they were going to come back to install a new panel. After they came out I was so disappointed with the techs that I did not want them to install a panel for me. That's when I called Greg and explained my whole delemma. Greg was so understanding and came out right away. Looked everything over and told me I had 2 panels leaking. He quoted me a price which was a lot less than the previous company. He immediately went to the factory, got the panels and came back and installed them. He explained everything to me and even took pictures before and after. Thank you so much Greg! You were so understanding and provided excellent customer service!

Green Planet replaced my solar pool heater panels & Pool Pump in June 2024. Greg Minadeo did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable. I recommend you watch his videos. He was easy to work with and he kept me informed throughout the process. When he replaced my variable speed pump, he recognized that my existing pump had been incorrectly installed and replaced all the plumbing. The pool sweep has never worked so well.
