Mark, the owner, and his crew did an excellent job remodeling my condo in a 1920s six flat in Rogers Park. He completely rehabbed my kitchen which included transforming a porch/utility room into a beautiful breakfast room, widening the galley kitchen entranceway (bringing light into the dining room), installing new cabinets, removing a drop ceiling, installing LED lighting below cabinets & can lightings in the ceiling, refinishing the floor, tiling on the walls and the floor in the breakfast room, and building two new closets. Mark also fixed the walls throughout the condo, refinished the wood floors, added new lighting in the bathroom, refinished the bathroom tub, installed a new mirror/cabinet in the bathroom, stripped/repainting the original radiators, and added new baseboards throughout the condo. Mark is a masterful tradesman who absolutely knows what he's doing in aspects of a full remodel including adding a new water and gas lines in the kitchen. The job was completed in record time, his prices were more than fair; and he was very resourceful. Aside from his great execution, Mark was friendly and easy to work with. I will absolutely be using Green Power Works for any future projects. Below are a few pictures to show a before and after of the condo - an awesome transformation!

On the recommendation of our realtor, we hired Green Power Works to remodel the interior of the townhouse we purchased. We're so happy we did because they did a fantastic job, were always pleasant and easy to work with, and provided a lot of wonderful recommendations and insights along the way.

Despite being a pretty big project with a fairly wide scope, they worked quickly, kept us up to date on progress on a regular basis, and were realistic when providing schedule estimates.

We were so happy with how Mark took the time to listen to what we envisioned, address our concerns, guide us to suppliers so that we could go see and feel different options for materials (e.g. flooring, doors), and made wonderful recommendations based upon his experiences from prior work.

Overall, we really appreciate their craftsmanship and attention to detail in everything they did. We'll definitely be reaching out to them for any future projects we do!

Mark and his group have done several jobs for me. He replaced my back stairs, reframed and installed a side garage door, repaired my gate and totally replaced the frame on my back door(which was no easy task) and installed a new storm door. Mark and his team of craftsmen have been our go-to contractor for years. As we update and refurbish different parts of our home, he always has interesting ideas. Green Power Works is responsive, works clean and we are always happy with the results. The latest major project was an overhaul of our guest bathroom which was decorated with 2000 clearance aisle items. We picked tiles, sink, etc and Mark added some great touches like LED lighting in the shower and shower nook plus a super cool "disco" multi-colored fan light.

I'm a real estate investor and hired GPW to rehab a 2 flat that I purchased. Mark and his team worked extremely quickly on the project. I popped in often to check status, even on weekends and Sundays and there was never a time where work wasn't being done on the project. Mark's scheduling was phenomenal and his subcontractors were extremely dedicated to Mark and the job. Any issues on the project had Mark's immediate attention and his responsiveness was second to none. The project finished on time; his pricing was fair, and his work was excellent. As an investor I will continue to use GPW and I recommend them accordingly.
