Great place and great customer service. I came in at the end of last snow season earlier this year with the intentions of just looking around. Once I got to trying some things on with the help of Tom, I pulled the trigger on a new snowboard set up and was so glad I did. Just came in today for some new snowboard pants and he was so helpful and patient. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful…. our local shops need our support to stay afloat. Don’t hesitate to check them out for all your sports needs!

I promised my kids their own set of snowboard gear this year head to toe. For years they have been renting . We heard about the sale and drove down from Los Angeles , not sure what to expect . The sales guy who helped us was so great at his job. From explaining the board types , the binding , the boots , etc… It was certainly a learning lesson for all of us . He knew what he was talking about and had the patience to show us all options . He was not trying to sell us the most expensive equipment. He seemed to care that my boys got the right equipment for their needs. Everyone in the store was so very pleasant . I would drive down again for future sporting goods needs.

Green Room OC is my "go to" place for ski equipment and accessories. I purchased all new equipment from them earlier this year. The sales rep was fantastic. He was patient and extremely helpful (see previous review). I returned today having an issue with my boots. Marty (Rep.) and his manager were very helpful at resolving the issue.
