A great company with a seriously wonderful product that I love (Medlight 360 Pro). My Naturopath (the late/great David Getoff) introduced me to this light in 2019 and explained that this light was every bit as effective as the $3000 light I was paying him to use in his office. I already knew the effect that these light devices have on my pain so I didn't hesitate to order one. He was so excited that such a great device was now available at a price his patients could afford and be able to get relief at home any time they needed it.
I learned that a hidden root canal infection could be affecting my health so I had all 5 extracted and 3 of them had infections that had spread to my jaw and needed cavitation surgery (never would have known without the bio dentist and his Cone Beam CT scan - these jaw infections do not show up in x-rays). It was quite an ordeal and just like my amalgam filling removal, I did it in quadrants so over two years I had 4 surgeries with bone grafts. The first one happened before I had this light and although I was seeing a biological dentist and had PRF (platelet-rich fibrin spun down from my blood for healing), and ozone cleansing, the healing process was slow and worrisome (dry socket possibility). Then I bought the light and honestly, the following three surgeries were so much different! I can remember going in a week later to get my stitches removed and the dentist was thrilled to see how well I was healing and I could feel the difference! The pain level was minimal, I could move my jaw normally and I wasn't as worried as with the first surgery. GAME CHANGER. After that, I used this light for every ache I experienced and for my cat's arthritis (it took a few tries because fan noise made her nervous but she loved the warmth of the light). I even used it on my neighbor's dog after his surgery.
Anyway, eventually the fan went out and I had to contact the company about getting it repaired. They were great and after an ordeal with USPS (pure incompetence), they surprised me and did something generous that they didn't have to do. It makes me happy that I've been recommending this light to friends, family, and Facebook health groups since 2019.
