Good customers!! I had to come back to give an updated review regarding Green Solutions and the positive outcome. I'm very grateful to be able to come back to give positive feedback to folks who want to hire a company that stands behind their product and word. I give this company 5-star rating for making things right the owner being compassionate and listening to my concerns. Here is what I had to say to him.

I want to say thank you for the initial phone call and listening to my concerns and issues. I'm extremely happy with the prompt service call and keeping all the promises you offered to us for the hassles. I can't thank you enough for personally calling us tonight to follow up to assure the everything was completed. I can say you gave me a better viewpoint about the service with Green solution’s. Sorry to be long winded but I really appreciate you and the company for trying to make things right. I must commend Max for the spectacular work cleaning up the pump area and educationing us on how everything should function. Max’s personality will take him a long way in reassuring your clients.

Like dude y’all are the only ones been in my attic. Sorry I have such to share with y’all. They told me that my light bill would be cut to at least half of what I was paying now I’m paying $540 light bill . Spoke to FPL they did go up a little but they have never seen someone bill reverse this way . I called Green Soluation ask Receptionist to have to owner to call a week ago today Yelp !! he never called me back . They are smooth talkers to get you in, until you sign your life away . The crazy part I should’ve known when they showed up at my house the next morning to install the solar and my loan wasn’t even approved yet . They spent 10 hours the first day when the loan people calls they were surprise they were already at me house before I had consent to the loan terms I told the guy I surprise too . That was another red flag smh . Geesh red flag i should’ve picked up.I can go on and on just please don’t use this company they are Scammer . Melissa is a BIG LIAR AND HELP THEM STEAL . I’m big on reviews but I was excited to have solar and my hot water heater. Please do your home work and really read the reviews . They have a lot of lawsuits open the more research this company . People please be careful you will be out of thousands of dollars . Now I have to look for another company to fix this mess I’m in .

In responses to the owner : I called the office a left a message they stated a manager would called me back and text Jarrod to let him know we had to take cold showers. Thank goodness my husband was able to figure how to by pass the timer for the next night so we could take a warm
Shower . No one has still called me back . I have came to term will have to a big lost of 18k . This system was a waste of money .

I’m sorry I’ve waited so long to put up my review and save some others from this place.
First, the company itself was the worst. Once they started our work, they felt like they could take as long as they’d like to finish it. From the day they started until it was completed was almost 5 mo the. I was paying on the loan long before it was working.
Then, turns out after installing solar, a solar water heater, and redoing outlet entire attic’s insulation, our electric bill went down by about $150 a month.
But here’s the kicker! They issue two separate loans, one with outrageous interest (that they tell you to refinance, we were lucky enough to be able to pay that one off) and a second for a normal percentage rate. That loan is $143 a month.
So for all the hassle, we’re really not saving anything.
Oh, and if you’re in a fixed income and dont’t pay taxes, any tax incentives don’t apply to you. They aren’t rebates that are returned to you, they are credits to lower your tax bill.
