I do not normally write reviews but the service of cleaning my windows was horrible. There are some windows cleaned, some
half cleaned, some just completely missed with spider webs still on the outside of the windows. I went with this company because they had great reviews but was very disappointed in the service. I tried to call and leave a message but the inbox is full so who knows if this will be fixed.

Edit: The owner got in touch with me and immediately promised that the problems would be solved and THEY WERE. It was a very swift process to get the servicer back at my house to clean and finish the job. No excuses, it was great. I wish it was right the first time but the job was complete and exceeded my standards.

I hired Derrick to do a move-in deep clean + carpet cleaning. I saw good reviews and went with him. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I really hope that no one hires this man and has to go through what I just did.

So much left not cleaned and carpets left extremely dirty. It’s like everything that was cleaned was not thorough. Baseboards, ceiling fans, air vents, cabinets, light fixtures, window sills and pantry were not cleaned, and oven was not pulled out as advertised.

I would be better off if he didn’t come because now I don’t know what was actually cleaned and therefore have to clean everything all over.

When I contacted him to let him know that I was not happy, it was an immediate argument. I told him that I wanted to give him an opportunity to correct the problems before I leave my review and he asked if I was threatening him. Unbelievable customer service and response.
He told me that I already looked at it and approved the work, however he finished the work at 10pm because he went to another job in between and then insisted that I come look at it at night instead of the next day. I was pulled out of bed to do so, obviously my “inspection” wasn’t thorough. When I moved into the house 4 days later, I was able to see the lack of cleanliness. It’s almost comical looking back after cleaning myself that when we did the walk through he pointed out dirt and stains and said that they don’t come out, well I must be magician because I got everything out with ease.

I sent another message after 2 weeks with a list of the items that were not cleaned and asked for half the money back which I thought was more than reasonable and he told me no, “we already addressed the issue”. The reality is that I told him the issue and he did not address it. One more thing that I did not like, he verbally quoted me $100 for ozone cleaning and then charged me $200. This guy is unreal. Highly do NOT recommend.

Derek was amazing! He cleaned our carpets before my second baby started crawling, then did a deep clean a week later. He arrived on time and was very kind and professional. The house looked great and he went above and beyond to make sure the details were taken care of. I plan on booking him again! He even played with our dog afterwards. ?

DO NOT use this cleaning company! The owner contracts out various cleaners to complete the work, and there is no quality control in place. I scheduled and paid for a $520 move out deep clean on a VACANT property that had already had an initial cleaning. When I came back to the property, it was apparent that the cleaners hadn’t completed any of the agreed upon services. The company won’t provide a refund, and when we attempted to reschedule a follow up cleaning they continue to change the date/time last minute. Once they finally showed up to complete the service a second time, they only sent 1 person and they didn’t have the appropriate tools to even complete the agreed upon and paid for service (no ladder, no broom or mop, only 1 rag and 1 spray bottle). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm not going to give you a 1 star cause I'm a business owner myself, and I haven't used your services, but one of your employees driving a Prius, with Georgia plates, in Pensacola FL, is very reckless. Cut me off at 70mph, then continued down I-110 doing about 110mph weaving in and out of traffic so I couldn't see all the info on the car like a vehicle number or plate number. He shouldn't be allowed to drive your company vehicles.
