I can only say good things. I purchased a 1025R(2023) with rear snow blower, bucket, backhoe, lawnmower deck and set of forks. The service is impeccable. My seat bracket broke on backhoe (rookie mistake) they actually delivered the part to my place (wow).
My residence is about 20 to 30 minutes drive from their place.

Heather (finance), Mathieu (salesman), Marc André(salesman), and Mr. Plouffe (manager) are extremely polite.

Mathieu took the time to explain my new machine (as it’s my first tractor ever. Goddam love it!!).

O yes forgot to mention the guy that responded to me with a quote on the Internet extremely fast.

I will definitely recommend Green Teck(St-Isidore) to anyone that needs any agricultural equipment or compact tractor.

Extremely good experience without any pressure whatsoever to buy. Plus they are bilingual…Oui, ils parlent français!

I just called for parts and this is the conversation.

Called the first time and went to music not even answering or identifying where I was calling

Called the second time and went to music again.anf then this person answered this way.

They answered "hello" not even John.Deere.

I said "could I have parts?"
Answer "this is parts"
Then he said "I will have to call you back very abruptly "

I said "never mind"

He said " I can call you back whatever "

I said "don't bother whatever"

If he was busy I get it but this entire conversation could have been handled differently and certainly more professionally.

Someone who is designated to answer the phone needs re-training.

Not sure I will be going there for parts when there are much better options out there. Maybe they are just getting to big and forgot how they got there.

*update

The owner contacted me but the e-mail link he gave me to contact him does not work. Was missing info on the e-mail link therefore could not respond and every time I tried to send it with the info missing after I added the missing (.com) I kept getting back undeliverable. I also wrote to the store via web site and e-mail and still no reponse.

I tried several times and no luck. They really need to get the act together for customer service.

*update April 10 2024**

After posting my review, I was contacted by the dealership and I am very impressed on how they worked hard to ensure my complete satisfaction. They addressed all of my issues and kept me updated with all updates. after these actions, I am now changing my review to 5 stars as they have done what was expected. Special thanks to Justin (Parts manager) and Eric (Service Manager). I will be back and continue to shop and get my parts from this dealer. Good job making the wrong into making it right!

Excellent service, this staff know their JD products. Original parts are excessively expensive, but the staff will offer after market options are more reasonable prices.
