I have now purchased my 4th Toyota from Green. I appreciate their straightforward sales people and easy transactions- it will not take you all day to figure out if there is a car for you. They know their inventory and the value of your trade-in. A big thanks to Justine Thomas and Angel Ely for getting me into my beautiful new car. I’ve always used their service department for my Toyota maintenance and I’m confident that my new car will last with their care.

All of the people working were absolutely fabulous. The reason I lowered this from five stars to three stars is because I was told that I had to now pay for my tire rotations and that my oil changes were only up to 60,000 miles. That is not what was explained to us by the person who sold us the additional warranty. It has me so frustrated that I’m going to very careful about buying another car there. This was our first experience buying a Toyota and we like the car and we like the service but I don’t like being lied to. We had a hard time when we bought the car because the first guy who sold to us changed things 100 times on us. The second gentleman who took over when they removed the first salesman did a fabulous job. I’m very pleased overall with the car and the service we’ve received at this point, but I paid the extra money because I thought I was getting 100,000 miles in oil changes and 100,000 miles in tire rotation I live in Jacksonville so once our final oil changes are complete I will begin having my oil changed in town so I don’t have to drive 40 miles And pay there. I wasn’t planning to do this, but I see no reason once those oil changes are done and since we aren’t getting 100,000 mile changes as was told to us to keep driving to Springfield. I would have done that but now I have to try to get that money back anyway I can and the cost to drive is one way I can look at doing that. I’m very sad about this because I didn’t want to add the additional warranty. My wife wanted it we have been through so much in buying the car. I just wanted to move on from there but it seems like we just can’t get out from underneath the issues on this. I do want to say again I really appreciate the gentleman who waited on us yesterday. He was courteous, kind understanding, but he can’t do anything about this so in the long run, it really doesn’t help as much as I had hoped.

Nathan was wonderful to work with. He found the exact vehicle I was looking for. From start to finish he kept me informed. He also ensured everything was prepared ahead of time so that when I arrived it was a fast sign and go. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone looking to purchase a Toyota

I’ve been coming to Green Toyota for years, and there’s a reason for that—Mylas, the General Manager, leads by example, and you can see it in every department. The professionalism, attention to detail, and overall experience at this dealership are second to none, and it’s why my family and I will continue to buy and service all our vehicles here.

This time, I had the pleasure of working with Jeffery Barber in the service department, and he absolutely went above and beyond. He made sure my vehicle got every possible warranty benefit and convenience, taking care of things I didn’t even think to ask about. What impressed me even more? They’re in the middle of building a whole new service bay and waiting area, yet the level of service never skipped a beat.

Huge thanks to Jeffery and the whole Green Toyota team! You guys make servicing my car an easy and stress-free experience. This is exactly why I’ll keep coming back. Keep up the great work!

Popcorn girl is back ! If you know then you know. All the true Green Toyota family members and consumers know me! I just have to give a big shout out to Angel, Zach, and Korey. They have taken care of my car needs since before I could drive! They’ve taken care of my entire family! This time we came in for a used car expecting to get something we didn’t really want because of the car market. I told Angel and the gang what I wanted and they delivered in less than 24 hours. They went above and beyond to meet my must haves in a vehicle and more. Thank you for putting my husband, kids, and me in the safest most loaded SUV ever. We all know it’s tax time and that this is usually lemon season so don’t go dealing with those buy here pay here lots go straight to Green Toyota a certified dealer, and go see Zach, Korey, and Angel! I dropped off my Corolla because of a recall, and the service staff kindly transported me by golf cart to the next dealership while they’re building is under construction and the other green owned dealership washed my vehicle. The service was done in a timely manner, and I appreciated the customer service.

Made an appointment for 10AM. Got there early. Was told there’s no waiting room-should have been told that when I made the appointment so I could plan for that. Waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I called to ask when my car would be ready (I was sitting at the IHOP across the street) the call kept going to the parts department even though I used the number on your website. The parts department would try to connect me to service. Never happened. When I finally got a hold of Brian at the service desk he told me that, after waiting an hour and a half, it would be another half hour. I asked why. He said that making an appointment doesn’t mean that’s when service starts. It means that’s when you get in line for service. What?!?! Ridiculous! I will never ever be back. Feel free to post my review publicly. People need to know.
