I don’t know who is on my route Fridays in Los Molinos but I’m pretty sure the week before last they grabbed my trash for me when I had forgotten to bring it close to the road. I’m am so appreciative of them, life is hectic and work is late into the night. So thank you so much! You’re going above and beyond! It’s only 3 feet or so from the road but it made my week so much easier thank you so much!! Hope I can catch the guy sometime to thank in person!!

All over my car this week. Last week all over the ground. Doesn't wait for trash to empty in the truck before slinging it back down. Unacceptable.

Our driver in the town of Tehama does such a great job! For 5 years now we have not ever had an issue with the Service that our driver has provided. He does an amazing job!

I am grateful for the trash service and for the driver. The only problem I have ever had is forgetting to place my cans at the road, but the driver always shows up every week and always at a decent time before the neighborhood is awake. I can appreciate that fully, thank you. Our town would be over cluttered in garbage without our driver being so dependable. Plus if my payment is late they do an awesome job at continuing my service and keeping me informed that my payment is due. Thank you again and God bless.

Started new service, paid for it and now our garbage was not pickup for 2 weeks, the driver just drives past our trash cans! Every time receive explanation that driver couldn’t see our trash cans on driveway! Really, blind driver? Disgusting service!

From the first moment of setting up service to the actual pickups, I always get treated as if I was a vip. The office staff was very warm and welcoming.I was amazed at how simple it was to start service. Then the driver waved and smiled as they picked up my trash. It's the little things being done that make this company a joy to work with.

The representative helped me to figure out what size dumpster I needed. She was very upfront about the possibility of additional charges for appliances. I like that ..tell me in advance I do not like surprises on my bill. She was professional and courteous . Great service!
