I worked with the GWP team at a previous commercial site to install EV chargers. Danny & his team did all the legwork and we won a massive grant for $250k thanks to them. The install went great and they were always super responsive when we needed anything. I have since moved to another building and bringing them back in for hopefully the same magic. Highly Recommend.

This was the installer and manager of our commercial system. They were terrible to work with. Ignored multiple phone calls for over 30 days, did not communicate and had full control of the management of our system. They would not release control of our system to us. We ended up having to contact the manufacturer of the system and submit multiple documents to prove our ownership and release management of the system to us. Avoid working with this company and this owner.

We stand by our original review. We can also post photos of the unprofessional and rude communication we received from this company while essentially begging them to assist us with accessing the system. There is no valid excuse for any owner of a system that you installed to get flat out ignored or shined on for more than 30 days. We sent texts, emails, calls through every possible medium to reach someone at this company. Is the CEO the only person that answers or responds to inquiries and customer support? These are the facts. We’re very upset because of your terrible communication and complete disregard. We estimate that we lost upwards of $7,000.00 in electric bills that should have been offset by our solar system. We contacted 3 other solar companies to assist us in resolving this issue and they all pointed the finger back at you. Explaining to us that you as the installer and authorized administrator of our system would be the only ones able to assist us without a complete upgrade or modification to the system.
