Very frustrated with Greener Technologies. I worked with them in the past and never had any issues but had a new GE Pro Elite installed in March and have had nothing but leaks and issues with my unit. I've reached out via phone, email, and even drove to their office with no luck getting anyone to help. From time to time I'll get a rep text me that they will come fix it but they never show up. I'm not sure what to do to service my unit. They don't communicate and it feels like they have no interest in helping me.

Do not use them. they are A SCAM If i could give them less than 1 star I would give them 0. Their customer service is horrible. The first thing they want is $$$$. I was not aware that to keep the life warranty you have to purchase a $200 dollar filters for the system every year. now every time you call for service they want to charge you an arm an a leg. I was under the impression that it had life warranty, but no every time you call they say it could be $99.00. Give me a holy break!

The product they represent (GE Elite) is reputable and well-known, but a product is nothing without an excellent service and support for the years to come. The reason for the 5-star review is because of Major, a partner of Greener Technologies, Inc, who went above and beyond for our needs and during an emergency with our water softener when we were out of town. It is excellence and customer centricity at its best.

8 THOUSAND dollar water softener…. I was totally scammed. First of all they came in like the day after I bought my house which is ironic. I live in a gated community that has signs of no soliciting. That’s didn’t stop greener. Normal resin tank with giant plastic cover for looks. Normal reverse osmosis under the sink and that’s it… 8k. There’s no service included nor replacements of salt or filters. 8K! I was not in the market for a water softener so I was uneducated at the time. You can buy both of these items at Home Depot for $600 total. Install is so easy if you’ve done any plumbing.

Excellent, responsive service is always provided. The technician who last serviced the system for its annual "tune-up" provided me with a lot of useful information. He even showed up early for the appointment!

My filter sprung a leak. At 4 p.m. I called Paul with Greener Technologies and by 6 p.m. the SAME DAY!!! He had the unit replaced and the system up and running! WOW! ABOVE AND BEYOND😀

Our GE Pro Elite water filtration system has been a phenomenal treatment to our home requirements. It saved us from the extra expense of bottled water plus the water throughout the house provides remarkably clean taste. We had it for more than a decade now. But what is truly noteworthy about the system is their ultra special customer service and rep, Andrew. He is very professional, well-informed, and friendly. For that alone we proudly recommend this water treatment to anyone. Andrew's people-friendly service scores 10 stars in our book. He is a great asset to the company.

Horrible customer service… Unable to keep appointments… And you’re stuck with them as nobody else sells the product… Two years in a row they have missed the service appointment… no phone calls, no notification… An email less than 25 minutes before appointment time is the only notification I received of the cancellation… But if as a customer you cancel less than 2-hrs before the appointment you get charged… Disrespectful…
