Signed up in September to have solar installed before net metering deadline. They did not respond after the month of November, had to be contacted several times before getting a response. Promised to have installation done but then ghosted. Don't make promises you cannot keep. If you knew September was "too late" then this should've been communicated then and there, instead of wasting people's time and not communicating or providing any timeline either before or after permit approval.

I felt it necessary to express how much I appreciate the patience, professionalism, and commitment to the customer that GreenGrids displayed in my interactions with them. It applies to everyone but mostly the owner, Launey Pulliam, who had to deal with my sometimes less than respectful questions about aspects I merely didn't understand about the process. His kindness was ever present, and we were able to make things both effective and something I was comfortable with, a commitment to making the customer happy. I couldn't recommend them more

Our roof had hail damage so we had to replace shingles. Big issue with some roofing companies was how to have solar panels removed. I have sunpower solar. They referred me to GreenGrids. GreenGrids was excellent to work with. They coordinated with roofer and set up removal date and reinstall date.
The team that came out and removed the panels were quick. I couldn't believe that in 3 hours they had removed all 31 panels the brackets and electrical j-boxes. They made sure the roofers would have no problem installing
shingles.
The team that reinstalled and powered up the system was also great. I felt so sad for them having to work in the hot and humid 91 degree (feels like 97). But they did. They did a great job made sure system was up and running. The respected our property and took great care of it. They cleaned up the work area to before job cleanliness. They were great I recommend this company.

Green Grids crew were awesome. They worded diligently all day to put up 35 panels and make all the connections necessary for us to go SOLAR! Our city approved their great work the next day. Couldn’t be happier. Would recommend this company to everyone
