Steve you’re amazing! What you do is so much more than coaching. I don’t even think “Coaching” does it justice. It’s hard to put it into words. I feel like what you’ve been able to do is see things in me that I don’t see, or are scared to see, or just have a blind spot about… and you push me outside of my comfort zone - slightly uncomfortable… and force me to think bigger and DREAM! It’s bigger than coaching. More like therapy / coaching / talking to a friend.
