GreenLoop has been our companies IT team for close to 15 years. They’ve maintained and operated our servers and handle everything computer related for not only our company but several other companies within our building complex. They’ve always handled our company’s computer and networking maintenance and trouble shooting. They also take care of our data back-up and retrieval, which as saved us more than once!! They can usually resolve issues remotely via their ‘client portal’ which is very convenient for everyone. They can and will come onsite when needed if issues can’t be resolved remotely. The technicians have always been reliable, courteous, and trustworthy and have always resolved any issues we’ve encountered. Sometimes problems require follow but they will get back to you!! Shout out to Velvet too!!!

After much team work, it was determined that I had to get an upgrade of RAM. It was fully completed yesterday afternoon with a visit to my office.
