I moved to Illinois from California and had a ton of improvements to complete on the house I bought. I had so many questions and headed straight to Green's Ace Hardware in hopes they could help me with all my needs. They did not disappoint! I have met the most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people I could imagine. If they didn't carry what I needed in store, they ordered it for me. Ace Hardware has the highest quality products and great prices! I was able to make the necessary repairs in no time, thanks to a great team of helpers at Green's! John Hale was very helpful in getting me everything I needed to replace a bathroom faucet. He told me if I needed help just come by the store and they would help. John wasn’t working today but a gentleman met me out back and helped me remove a stubborn drain pipe. Project is complete and we are very happy with Green Ace Hardware and their customer support.

Not nice to be greeted with, "what do you want now!".
Even the smallest purchase is supposed to be appreciated. These men are not the "helpful, hardware men" of the old Ace.
Treat customers like you would like to be treated, even if you may been having a bad day.
We were treated better at RP and we were just browsing.

Always friendly service. They know where everything is. A very well stocked store. Bigger than it looks. Has just about everything you could need. And the rewards program always has a coupon which I love. This has become our first stop for our hardware needs.
