Service Lacking; communication is deplorable; follow thru is missing!!!

This is the type of company that will make you look bad if you depend on them for anything!!!
Here is my story...:
Created an order with a different locations , I had to set it up because the person from Greentech could not source the product.. I verified with the Greentech location in Washington State (Spokane)that they indeed did have the product in stock , allegedly the Phoenix location could never reach them on Phone , yet I reach them via phone several times!! The Phoenix location and there team lied to me several times and even their in house Sales Manager Michael continued to cover for the sales person when I had names and times, and when things were emailed to him for a store transfer!!

I should have known better when I walked in during morning business hours only to see there sales team all in meetings and nobody helping at the counter as I waited for 16 minutes and me and another client just waited!! Sorry maybe I am just old, but get your butt out of a meeting and serve clients!!!
This is whom they are!!! A terrrible customer service organization!! Does it matter if the prices are good when the service is Poo!!!Do yourself a favor go check out another company that sales this product as this one is not about service!!

I’ve had several issues with the products i’ve received from this location over the past few months. I will no longer do business with them. Management refuses to get back to me, who is running this place I never get timely deliveries and they are always incorrect. Always issues with my orders. Electricians who take their job seriously, BEWARE, take your business to WESCO instead, there is much less BS when dealing with that company. Management - Don’t even bother reaching out to resolve the problem, at this point it’s uncorrectable. Would give zero stars if possible.

CED GreenTech in Tempe is my one and only stop for everything solar. In the extremely rare instances that they don't have something I need, James and the rest of the crew there make sure to go above and beyond to get what I need and have it in stock going forward.

I'm a local installer who had specifically requested a quote for some string inverters and I won't mention any names (skylar s.) was who gave me the quote. on his quote he had 2 different inverters. one was a string inverter and the other being a solar edge inverter (which uses power optimizers) and this knuckle head didn't even include the optimizers(similar to enphase but still a string inverter, somewhat) in the quote. This solar edge inverter was priced so much cheaper so I bought it only to find out on my own that it needed optimizers. So I called knuckle head back and explained the situation only for him and his supervisor(steve) to tell me I don't know how to do installs and there was nothing they could do about it. Long story short, I bought the Optimizers from brown whole sale(wesco), who I also have an account with and won't ever spend another penny at capital electric. Now the job is done and everything is good. Wish I had the option to give half a star because that's what I really wish I could rate capital electrics(tempe) piss poor customer service.
